In the past, not all major car manufacturers provided easily accessible auxiliary ports for drivers like they do now. In 2005, Ford's approach to aux technology in cars was not as user-friendly as in current models, such as the 2005 Focus. While the vehicle did have an auxiliary port, it was inconveniently located behind the CD changer and required removing the head unit to access. To use the port, you would need an RCA to 3.5mm converter. By connecting a wire from there to a section of your cab, you can plug in various audio accessories (that are compatible with aux) and stream music directly to your Focus's speaker system.

Where can I locate it?
In the 2005 Ford Focus, you can connect an auxiliary device to the CD changer port located at the rear of the head unit using an RCA to 3.5mm cable.
