If the radio in your Ford Expedition isn't working, it could be due to a frozen system. To troubleshoot this issue, check if the radio display is illuminated but unresponsive. If so, step out of the vehicle, open the hood, and disconnect the battery for approximately 15 minutes to perform a hard reset on the radio.
