The 2015 Ford Transit is designed to work best with motorcraft OEM coolant, which is the type that comes in the car from the factory and that any Ford dealership will use. If you previously had your coolant changed elsewhere, it's best to find out what type of coolant was used. It's important not to mix different coolants in your car, as it can lead to corrosion in the cooling system. If you're not sure about your coolant type and there's a low level, it's safe to top it off with distilled water. This may slightly decrease cooling capacity but won't cause any damage.
I suggest using orange coolant for the 2015 Ford Transit. Zerex and AutoZone Dex-Cool are reputable brands that are known for their quality.
