The 2008 Nissan Rogue comes with advanced blue antifreeze containing OAT technology specifically designed for Asian cars. It is recommended to mix it with water in a 50/50 ratio if it is not already pre-diluted. You can locate the coolant reservoir under the hood on the passenger side at the back of the firewall in the engine bay. Remember to check the levels when the engine is cool. Do not open the coolant cap if the engine is hot or has just been running to avoid splashing hot coolant and burns. Indications that your coolant might be low include the engine running hot, warning lights illuminated, and leaks in the front of the car. If you need to replace or fix the thermostat, water pump, or radiator hoses, it may affect the antifreeze levels.
