What type of coolant does a 2002 Chevy Tahoe use?

If you own a 2002 Chevy Tahoe, the type of coolant it uses is Dex-Cool antifreeze. To change the coolant, start by locating the radiator under the hood. The radiator is situated at the front of the engine compartment and has a clear or black plastic container attached to it, which is the coolant reservoir. The reservoir will have a drain plug and a fill plug, as well as a dipstick that allows you to measure the coolant level. If you're just topping off the coolant, check the level and add more as needed. For a complete coolant flush, open the drain plug and let the old fluid flow out into a bucket, adding water to help with the flushing process.
