There could be several reasons why the horn on your 2010 Corolla isn't working. To start troubleshooting, first, check the Horn Relay fuse in the engine compartment fuse box. If that seems fine, next, inspect the horn switch on your steering wheel to ensure it's properly engaging when pressed. Additionally, a faulty "clock spring" under the steering wheel could be causing the issue. Lastly, a broken wire or a corroded ground could also be the culprit. Make sure all the wires connected to the horn are in good shape and working properly.
One of the main causes for a horn not working on a 2010 Toyota Corolla is typically a bad fuse positioned beneath the steering column.
