The Chevy Impala's Bluetooth might have issues if the battery is disconnected, the infotainment system needs an update, or the stereo requires a reboot. If a device becomes unpaired due to the battery being disconnected, you can reset by going to your phone's settings and deleting the connection to the Impala. Follow the prompts on the center screen to repair the device and restore connectivity. If Bluetooth still doesn't work, you can check for software updates by going to "settings" on the home screen and selecting "system." Other factors that could cause connection problems include instrument panel fuses, wiring, or wiring harnesses. You can find the interior fuse box in the passenger's side footwell.

Make sure your smartphone or car's infotainment system software is up-to-date as it could be the reason for issues. If you're still having problems with bluetooth calls after updating, try unpairing and then pairing your phone again.
