If a device becomes unpaired due to the battery being disconnected, you can reset by going to your phone's settings and deleting the connection to the Impala. Follow the prompts on the center screen to repair the device and restore connectivity. If Bluetooth still doesn't work, you can check for software updates by going to "settings" on the home screen and selecting "system." Other factors that could cause connection problems include instrument panel fuses, wiring, or wiring harnesses. You can find the interior fuse box in the passenger's side footwell.
