If the screen isn't working on your Volvo S60, there could be a few reasons behind it. Begin by checking the fuses before delving into the diagnosis. Refer to your owner's manual and flip to the fuse diagram page to identify the fuse responsible for the screen. Once you locate it, take it out and inspect the filament inside under a light. If the filament is blown, replace it with a flat blade style fuse matching the amperage rating. If the fuse looks fine, it might indicate a wiring issue. Check if the wiring connector at the back of the head unit is either disconnected or has a damaged pin.
