If the interior lights in your Mercedes Sprinter are not functioning, there are two possible causes. The first reason could be a burnt-out bulb. If only one light is not working, it's likely due to this issue. However, if all the lights are out, then the problem may be a faulty fuse. To access the fuse box, locate a small seam or crack to the left of the steering wheel on the dashboard. Carefully pry this open using a screwdriver or prybar. Inside the fuse box, you will find several fuses. On the back of the panel that you opened, there should be a diagram showing the purpose of each fuse. If this diagram is not present, you can refer to the vehicle's owner's manual. Once you identify the fuse you need to replace, simply pull it out. Check if the metal strip connecting the two raised sections of the fuse is intact. If it is broken, the fuse is faulty and should be replaced. If the strip is intact, the fuse can be reinserted. A new fuse typically costs around $10, making it an affordable solution.
