There are a variety of factors that may lead to the malfunction of the 2018 Nissan Rogue's display. Software issues appear to be the primary culprit, and a simple reset often resolves the problem. To reset the Nissan Connect system, one can easily press and hold both the power button and the tune/scroll button simultaneously for approximately 10 to 20 seconds. Release the buttons when the screen goes dark. Subsequently, the radio display should power back up and operate correctly. Alternatively, if this method does not work, disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a few minutes or removing the radio fuse may help restart the display.
Robert H, thanks a million for your help in solving my issue! The service I originally contacted was unable to provide any helpful information, but stumbling upon your advice did the trick. I am very grateful for your assistance!
If the touch panel on the 2018 Nissan Rogue is unresponsive, it could be due to a lack of power or the screen being too unresponsive to register touch inputs.
