If you're experiencing issues with the climate control system in a 2015 Chevy Equinox, there could be a variety of causes. A malfunctioning blend actuator motor can lead to an inability to regulate the air temperature or airflow intensity. A faulty fan motor may result in poor air circulation or noisy operation. If nothing is functioning, it's possible the fuse has blown. You'll need to locate the fuse box, typically found under the hood or to the left of the steering wheel, and replace the fuse. Additionally, a defective temperature sensor near the fan motor could cause erratic behavior from the actuator, resulting in unpredictable temperature readings.
The most frequently reported climate control issue with this car is the air conditioner only producing hot or cold air.
