To replace a tire on a Ford EcoSport, follow these simple steps. The vehicle should come with a spare tire and a toolkit to assist you in changing the tire. First, loosen the lug nuts while the vehicle is on the ground. Identify a jack point underneath the vehicle and use the provided scissor jack to lift it. Always pick a level surface to avoid any accidents. After lifting the vehicle, swap out the old tire with the spare. Tighten the lug nuts securely while the vehicle remains on the ground.
Grab the jack and lift up the Ford model on the side with the flat tire. Find the wrench to loosen the bolts securing the tire; there should be about five of them. Take off the flat tire and store it safely in your vehicle. Replace it with the spare tire on the axle where the bolts were. Tighten the bolts firmly to prevent any problems. Keep the flat tire in a secure spot in your vehicle for later use. Slowly lower the jack until the spare tire touches the ground and then stow it away in your vehicle.
