The 2010 Ford Taurus has different trim levels such as SE, SEL, SEL AWD, Limited, Limited AWD, and SHO. Bluetooth connectivity is standard on the Limited, Limited AWD, and SHO models, and can be added with a tech package on the SE, SEL, and SEL AWD models. If your used Taurus doesn't have Bluetooth, you can buy a Bluetooth receiver for your auxiliary jack for just a few dollars from places like Amazon. For a more advanced upgrade, you can replace the head unit with a Bluetooth-compatible unit from brands like Boss, JVC, Pioneer, Kenwood, or Alpine, all of which offer units that work with the 2010 Taurus.

In the 2010 Ford Taurus, you can use Bluetooth with the help of Ford's SYNC system. However, this feature is not included in the SE trim level. If you go for the SEL trim level, you can get the SYNC system and Bluetooth by selecting either the Rapid Spec 201A or 202B packages. In the Limited models, SYNC and Bluetooth come standard.
