The 2008 Chevy Impala offers the option of a remote start feature. This feature is included as standard on the LT w/3.5L, LT 50th Anniversary, LT w/3.9L, LTZ, and SS trim levels, but is not included with the base LS trim.

You have the option to purchase them on Amazon. I recently bought a pair for $20 instead of paying $120 for a single one from AutoZone, made by the same company.
