To access the air filter, first remove any items from your glove box and push in its side walls to release it. Lower the glove box towards the floor mat to reveal the HVAC blower motor housing and the filter access cover, secured by two retaining clips at the bottom. Gently pull down and towards you on these clips to remove the cover. Take out the old air filter, replace it with the new one, and then reassemble everything by reversing the steps you just followed.
