The 2010 Ford Edge did not offer a backup camera as an option, but it was included in the 2011 model. Backup cameras have become more popular, and the government now requires them in new vehicles. If your SUV has an infotainment screen, you can install an aftermarket backup camera, though not from Ford. Most stereo installation shops can do this for you. Alternatively, you can add a standalone backup camera with its own screen to show you what's behind your vehicle.
