The GMC Acadia does not come with a heated steering wheel as standard, but you can get it with the Denali trim package. If you have this option installed, you should check the fuse box that powers it. To access the fuse box under the car's hood, open the hood and secure it in place. On the right side of the engine compartment, there will be a black box with a visible seam around it. Inside, you will find the fuse. The case lid should have a diagram indicating which fuse is for what, or you can refer to the car's owner's manual. Once you determine the needed fuse, remove and inspect it. If the thin strip of metal connecting the two sections is intact, the fuse is good and can be reinserted. If the strip is broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. New fuses are inexpensive, typically costing around $10.
