The 2018 Buick Enclave comes with a standard start-stop feature that helps save fuel by automatically turning off the engine when you're stopped at a red light or in traffic. This prevents the engine from idling and wasting fuel while you're stopped. Unfortunately, the auto start-stop system in your Enclave cannot be disabled as GM wants to limit carbon emissions. While there are third-party options available to turn off the system, GM does not endorse any of them.
