If your vehicle doesn't have this package, you'll need to consider adding an aftermarket solution. If you do have the proper package, here's how to use Bluetooth audio: Ensure that Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone, referring to your manual or phone box for specific instructions based on whether you have an iPhone or Android. In the Maxima, press the Phone button on the Audio system, then follow the prompts to Connect and Connect New Device, which may be found under Bluetooth -> Add phone. On your phone, select "MY-CAR" from the Bluetooth menu. Confirm that the PIN displayed on both your vehicle and device is the same. If they match, accept the pairing request and press OK. Follow any additional on-screen instructions to successfully stream audio.

Streaming audio can be accessed only on 2010 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SV models that are equipped with the Technology Package. Unfortunately, this feature is not offered on 3.5 S models.
