In 2014, the Honda CR-V was released before other car manufacturers considered including Android Auto in their vehicles. Unfortunately, it is not an option on any trim level of the car and there have been no updates made to the system to accommodate it. If you are eager to have Android Auto in your vehicle, you will have to buy a third-party navigation system. These systems can be quite costly, ranging in the hundreds of dollars, and installation will require some wiring expertise. Many car owners opt to have this installation done by a professional for peace of mind.
The 2014 Honda CR-V does not come with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. It was not until the 2017 model year that Honda started including this feature in the CR-V.
