If you need to completely reset the radio in your Ford Transit, it's a simple process with a few steps. Begin by pressing the SYNC button to access the main display. Navigate using the arrows until you reach the advanced menu. Once in the advanced menu, use the arrows to find "Master Reset," highlight it, and press OK on the dashboard. A confirmation message will appear on the screen asking if you want to reset the system - press OK again to proceed. Your system will then be reset. Following this, you'll need to re-pair any Bluetooth devices and set up your radio presets.

I've successfully tested this reset on a 2016 Transit Connect and I've also attempted removing the battery.
