Start by taking out the cabin air filter and putting it to the side. Next, use a screwdriver to open the clamp, which will give you access to the car's carburetor. Disconnect the fuel line and any other lines attached to the carburetor. Then, release the connections holding the throttle body in place. This will expose a set of nuts that are securing the carburetor and the inlet manifold together. Loosen the screws on the distributor and upper radiator exhaust pump before removing them. Finally, unscrew the bolts securing the intake manifold to the engine. Remember to keep all the screws, nuts, and bolts in a safe place after dismantling them to access the inlet manifold.
