To manually release the park brake, you can try this procedure: Begin by sitting in the driver's seat and pressing the brake pedal. Then engage the parking brake. Next, use a small screwdriver to uncover the manual park release, usually found on the lower left side of the steering wheel column. Inside, you'll see a red tether strap - pull it out and release it. Now you should be able to shift the transmission to neutral and move the vehicle. It's best to avoid driving the car for a long distance if the parking brake remains stuck to prevent unnecessary damage to the braking system.
