To set the time on a 2014 Ford Escape with the original head unit, check the keypad next to your Ford SYNC system. Locate the key with the octothorpe symbol, also known as a pound sign or "hashtag." Press this key, follow the onscreen directions using the directional pad to make adjustments, and confirm by pressing the OK button in the middle once you are happy with the time setting. Remember, this method specifically applies to the factory-installed head unit and may not work for aftermarket units.

Go to the screen on the control panel and select the clock option.
