If the radio in your Ford Focus isn't working, try resetting it first. Simply turn off the radio by holding down the volume button, then hold the number 6 button while turning it back on to reset it. For a full reset, go to the menu on the screen, select SYNC settings, then master reset to restore the radio to factory settings.
