On the Ford Fiesta, there's a knob located behind the right side of the steering wheel that controls both the blinkers and wiper blades. The very end of the knob is for the wipers - pushing it back in will turn off the rear wiper, while pulling it out will turn it on. The rear wiper blade is 12 inches long, and replacing it only requires a few minutes and a screwdriver.
When you locate the wiper control on the right side of the steering wheel, simply push it in the opposite direction to switch off the rear wiper.
