To begin adjusting the time on your 2007 GMC Sierra, you should first provide power to the truck. Starting the engine is not required. Next, turn off the radio using the power button, and then press and hold the button located below the tune knob on the lower left side. After a short moment, a beeping noise will indicate that the clock can now be adjusted. Use the button you were holding to adjust the hours and the button on the opposite side of the tune knob to adjust the minutes. Once you have finished, simply turn the radio back on.
