To set the language on your Chevy Traverse, utilize the touch screen on the center display with OnStar. Tap on "settings" and select "language" from the list. You can then choose "English," "French Canadian," or "Spanish" as options on the new screen. Pick your preferred language and save the setting. All screen options will now be displayed in either English, French, or Spanish based on your selection. Use the arrow keys to go back and save the new setting, then return to the main menu. The main menu options can be accessed from the home display menu and include "Phone," "OnStar," "Rear Climate," "Projection," "Gallery," and "Audio." These options can help connect your device to the Traverse and its OnStar system.

None of the solutions provided are applicable for my device. It seems stuck in Spanish mode permanently. Despite being a 2014 model, the suggested options are missing entirely.

I keep switching to English, but it keeps reverting back to Spanish.

I can relate. I speak Spanish and I couldn't find an option for 'Idioma' in the settings to switch the language.
