You have the option to switch the speedometer readings from miles per hour to kilometers per hour by selecting the preferred setting on the trip odometer as you like. With one mile being equal to 1.60934 kilometers, the trip odometer will multiply the total miles by this conversion factor to show the readings in kilometers. This feature can be handy for those who travel frequently and accumulate many miles on their car, making it easier to keep track of the odometer readings. In situations where we need to know a distance in kilometers but are unsure of the equivalent in miles, the odometer can precisely convert the readings for us. The odometer provides accurate measurements, which is especially useful during long road trips or when navigating highways with kilometer markings instead of miles.
