If the TPMS light comes on in your Chevy Trax, the first step is to check your tires and ensure they have enough air. If they are low, you should inflate them to the recommended pressures found on the sticker inside the driver's side door jamb. Once all tires are properly inflated, you can reset the TPMS light by turning the vehicle on and holding down the reset button located on the dashboard to the right of the steering wheel. After doing this, drive for around ten minutes to allow the sensors to fully reset.

Ensure that the tire pressure is correct in order to reset the TPMS on the Chevy Trax. Start the car, then locate and press the reset button next to the steering wheel on the instrument panel. Hold down the button until the TPMS light flashes three times consistently on the instrument panel.

In the 2018 Trax, you can find the reset button located on the turn signal lever on the left side of the steering column. Pressing this button will open various menus and enable you to reset certain data. I'm not sure if this includes resetting tire pressure data or sensors in the 2018 Trax as I have not tested it myself.
