If the TPMS indicator lights up in your 2015 Buick Enclave, the first step is to check your tires for any nails or screws that may be causing the pressure to drop. Once you have confirmed that there are no foreign objects in the tires, you can inflate them to the recommended specifications listed on the sticker in the driver's side door area and reset the TPMS system. To do this, turn the vehicle on and press and hold the TPMS button on the dashboard until the light blinks three times. Once done, you can drive off knowing that the system has learned the new tire pressures.
I'm having trouble locating the button.
To recalibrate the tire pressure monitor on your 2015 Buick Enclave, first switch the ignition key to the "on" position. Press the TPMS button, usually found under the dashboard, until the TPMS light flashes multiple times. Next, start your vehicle and allow it to run for a minimum of 20 minutes to complete the TPMS system reset.

In the Buick Enclave, there is no TPMS Reset button. To reset, you'll need a special tool like the YSDING EL-50448 OSC-T5 or VXDAS EL50448-GM. Start by turning the key to the ON position (not start or run), then press and hold both the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the remote fob until you hear the horn beep. The instrument panel will show "TIRE LEARNING ACTIVE". Next, position the tool by the air valve on the front left tire and hold the button until you hear a beep. Move to the front right tire, repeat the process, then do the same for the rear right and rear left tires. Once all tires have been learned, the horn will beep once, pause, and then beep twice.
There is no built-in switch available. You will need to buy a distinct TPMS calibration device in order to reset the tire pressure monitoring system by going to each tire individually. This tool is priced at around $10 on the Amazon website.
