If your Ford Fusion's keyless entry system is not functioning, start by verifying that the touch-sensitive buttons are operational and that the vehicle's battery is charged. If everything is in order, proceed to reset the system, which is a straightforward procedure. Begin by inserting the first key into the ignition and turning it to the on position without starting the engine. Leave it in place for five seconds before removing it. Then, insert the second key into the ignition and turn it to the on position for another five seconds. Subsequently, the factory code will be displayed on the dashboard for at least ten seconds.
