To replace a front turn signal light bulb in a 2006 Ford Focus, start by taking out the small Torx screw. Once the screw is removed, gently pull out the lens to access the bulb. Twist the harness counterclockwise to detach it from the lens and remove it. Then, twist the bulb counterclockwise to take it out of the socket. Replace it with a new bulb by twisting it clockwise. Put the bulb and harness back into the lens, twisting clockwise to secure it. Finally, reinsert the lens and put the screw back in place.
Ensure that your lights are switched off. Lift the hood to change the front indicator. Remove the bulb from the indicator socket immediately and get rid of it. If you have a hatchback, open the tailgate to swap out a rear light bulb. Twist the light socket fully counterclockwise and remove it from the light assembly. For sedan models, open the trunk to replace a rear indicator bulb. Pull the light assembly outward from the vehicle.
