To preset the seat memory on your Subaru Outback with this feature, you can use the buttons on the driver's door or the remote access key FOB. Ensure your Outback is parked before starting. Adjust the seat to your desired position. Then, while holding the SET button, press and hold either the 1 or 2 button. A chirp will sound confirming the position has been saved. To use the saved position, turn the ignition to ON, and with your Outback in park, press the 1 or 2 button on your FOB; this will adjust the seat to the saved position.
