To link up your device with a Mercedes Sprinter van via bluetooth, you'll need to navigate through the center display menu. Ensure your smartphone or device is powered on and that bluetooth is turned on. Press the "tel" button on the left side of the Sprinter's screen. Use the arrow keys on the lower right knob to select "phone" and "update". The Mercedes will then search for available pairing devices in the vicinity. A list of nearby connections will show up on the screen. Use the arrow keys to find your desired device, select it, and proceed. You'll need to enter a five-digit code on both the van's display and your paired device. Your smartphone should prompt you to pair with "MB bluetooth" and ask for the pairing code. If the pairing is successful, the Sprinter's screen will confirm with "Authorization Successful".

We encountered a comparable issue, but all you have to do is enter your phone password as the passcode on the screen, and it should solve the problem.

I'm trying to link two phones together - a Samsung S20 for media and an iPhone SE for work calls. The process seems simple, allowing me to choose each phone for a different purpose. However, I'm facing an issue where selecting media on one phone disconnects the other. I'm attempting to connect both phones wirelessly. Do you think I'm making a mistake somewhere?
