You can't jump start a 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid the same way you would a regular car. To get started, go to the driver's side and pull the trunk lever. Then go to the front of the car, lift the hood, and release the safety latch. Locate the battery compartment and open the lid. There will be a connection point for a charger or cables to jump start the car. Once connected, it will operate like a standard vehicle.
To get your 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid running again, you'll have to link the plus and minus ends of your battery to some jumper cables.
