It appears that you've stumbled upon the Auto Start Stop feature. While not entirely sure if mentioning it will trigger any censorship, the acronym refers to "Auto Start Stop", allowing you to reach your own conclusions. This function is beneficial for fuel efficiency and reducing environmental impact, but there are times when your engine shutting off when stopped can be a hassle (pun intended, of course). Fortunately, deactivating it is straightforward - simply locate the auto start stop button to the left of the ignition button. Some drivers have reported that it may reactivate on its own, which seems unavoidable. Whether you're in Eco, Comfort, or Sport mode, you can disable auto start stop using the same button, so it's advisable to become familiar with its operation.

Try pressing the button located to the left of the ignition. I've noticed that the auto start / stop feature can reactivate on its own even after you've turned it off.
