The Ford Edge doesn't offer the option for a third row of seating. If you want an SUV with a third row, you'll need to consider something bigger like the Explorer or Expedition. The Edge is a compact crossover, and Ford determined that adding a third row wouldn't work well due to limited space, making the legroom too small to be practical, even for children. Many compact crossovers on the market don't have a third row, so you'll likely have to upgrade to a mid-size SUV to have that option.
