The 2019 Honda Odyssey comes equipped with a digital compass, but its location may differ depending on the trim level and options package. If you have a navigation unit mounted in the center dash, you will likely find the compass within its user interface. Alternatively, if you have a HomeLink enabled mirror, the compass may be located there. If you cannot locate it elsewhere, check the in-dash unit where you can see other information like your speedometer, odometer, and Honda Maintenance Minders. While having a compass can be useful, many vehicles are moving towards more advanced navigation technology and may eliminate this feature in the future. Even though the '19 Odyssey still includes it, it wouldn't be surprising if Honda removes the compass from similar models soon, aligning with industry trends.
Nope, there is absolutely no compass built into the rearview mirror of my 2019 Honda Odyssey Touring. Despite thoroughly checking both the manual and online resources, I couldn't find any instructions on how to display it because it simply doesn't exist. Can someone please explain why it's missing?
Honda has integrated a digital compass into the rearview mirror of the 2019 Odyssey minivan.
I haven't noticed a compass on the screen or rearview mirror of the 2019 Honda Odyssey EX, despite all the advanced technology and digital features. It's puzzling that such a modern vehicle doesn't have a standard compass. Cell phone compasses can be inaccurate, and GPS isn't always reliable, especially when the signal is weak or lost. Every new model car should include a built-in compass for better navigation.
My 2019 Odyssey EX-L does not come equipped with an in-dash compass.
