No, all models of the 2018 Ford Escape do not come with a standard built-in push button. However, on certain higher-end models, Ford does provide the option to upgrade and have a push button installed. Push buttons offer a more convenient way to start your car compared to the traditional key turn method. Yet, they may come with their own issues. For instance, if your key fob's battery is low or dies, you may not be able to start the car with the push button. Simply replace the battery in your key fob to solve this problem if you ever encounter it.
The 2018 Ford Escape offers Intelligent Access with Push-Button Start as a feature on select top-tier trim packages.
