In the 2015 Ford Transit, there is a fuel cut-off switch that activates automatically if there's an accident, preventing fuel from being continuously pumped into the lines and reducing the risk of a fire. If you need to reset the system, locate the switch in the passenger side footwell near the kick panel on the right. A common issue causing low fuel pressure in your vehicle is this switch being triggered. If you've reset it and your engine still isn't getting fuel, the fuel pump may be the actual problem.
The 2015 Ford Transit is equipped with a built-in safety feature called the inertia fuel shut off switch. If this switch is triggered and requires resetting, you can find it positioned in the front passenger foot well close to the kick panel.
I've looked for that switch everywhere, but I can't find it. Someone said it might be in the luggage compartment, but it's not there either. The dealer confirmed that it doesn't come with the switch.
I'm not sure if the Transit 250 includes a fuel shut off switch. If anyone has found its location, please let me know because this is a van.
Try searching for a part for that car at any auto shop. They likely won't have it because it's not a common item. It's almost as if the car was designed as a joke.
