The 2007 Ford 500 is equipped with an auxiliary audio input in all models, but its location may not be as straightforward to find compared to other vehicles. Ford has placed the input in either of two positions, depending on how your specific vehicle was built. It is not located on the manufacturer's head unit in either case. In certain trim levels, you can locate the aux audio input inside the center console, close to the front wall of the vehicle. In other versions, you will need to open the glove box and examine the top right trim piece to find a small hole with a white surrounding piece, resembling a screw hole, which is actually your aux port.
If there is an aux input jack in my 2007 500 Limited car, I will be extremely surprised. I have searched everywhere - in the center console storage, glovebox, and even checked the owner's manual, but there's no mention of it unless you have the DVD option.
A 2007 Ford 500 comes with an auxiliary input feature, where you can plug in your device. To access this feature, you will find the jack located inside the glove compartment, with the corresponding button located on the radio.
Do you need to remove the glove compartment to view it?
