The 2005 Nissan Altima S is packed with advanced features, such as a standard CD player, AM/FM radio with seek-scan functions, 6 speakers, and a front-row LCD screen. While it doesn't come with a USB or AUX jack, aftermarket options can easily enhance the car with these capabilities.
