I can verify that the issue is with the front driver's side window. It was behaving strangely when I attempted to close it, and then an error code appeared. After reading Caitlin's response earlier in this thread, I lowered the window, raised it again, and the error code disappeared.

We set the specified time frame for error code 59 on a 2018 Sonic. I lowered the window on the driver's side completely, then raised it, and the issue is no longer present.

I can confirm that number 59 controls the window on the driver's side, and number 60 controls the window on the passenger's side! You can make the windows go up and down with those buttons!

I can verify that for a 2017 Chevy Sonic, the issue is with the window.
