First time at Witt Auto and will be the last thanks to Patrick Hopkins. I was looking at a new truck when Pat approached. I asked if they had any used ones in this style, he replied "good luck finding a used one like this, but I can get you a good deal on a new one, what's ur price range?" I said I'm looking for a used truck around 25k, what kind of a deal are you looking at on new ones?" Pat said it wasn't worth his time or my time to go over it with me. I never experienced someone in sales who talks to customers the way Pat does. He's very quick and arrogant when he speaks to you like a typical car salesman . I'm sure not everyone is like him at Witt but unfortunately it only takes one. Witt brothers, you need to train him in customer service. I will never go back and will only have a negative story to tell people about Witt Auto.

The advertisements a sham they will not work with all types of credit and if you have no credit or bad credit and I tell you need money down all they ever say is it's a significant amount they will not give you a number

Hello Joe,I wanted to drop you a note to allow you the opportunity to put attention in areas of your dealerships that need it. I stopped in your big sale at the Resch and test drove a 2015 Taurus Limited. Crystal went on the ride with me. Not a bad car, but it didnt have some things I was looking for. No moon roof and no Sony stereo. When I left she gave me her card, but didnt bother to get any of my contact information. I overlooked this because I was once a young salesperson too, and honestly that would ultimately be her loss.I started scanning the internet and had a handful of cars I was interested in. I narrowed it down to the Bronze Fire Taurus Limited that was on your lot in Crivitz. I called to speak to a salesperson before I drove up to make sure it had all the options I was looking for. I had found the VDPs were different on both your websites. Everything seemed to be what I wanted so I rushed up after work on the 21st. I took the car for a drive and I really liked it. I was on the fence because it didnt have the Sony stereo. Crystal then told me that it didnt come in the Limiteds, Not didnt come Standard; just came in the SHOs.I found that it comes as an optional package. Looks like a missed opportunity for an additional sale. I am sure I would have paid for that one over an extended warranty.When she brought me the sheet of paper to ask if I was committed to purchasing the vehicle if the numbers were right, I asked her if she didnt mind staying late. She replied that she would stay until 10 if she needed to.So it was the normal payment/finance back and forth. But, Dan closed the deal. Through the process of paperwork and such, I noticed Crystal was more worried about closing her coffee station and other things around the shop instead of delivering my car. When I was finished with the financials and was ready to leave, I had to ask for the tank of gas. So much for being willing to stay until 10. Pretty inconvenient to wait for something that could have been done in place of closing the coffee station down. I noticed when I got home, the floor mats were not put down and the clock was not set. Do you not deliver your vehicles?I was given a We Owe You slip for the speaker cover in the dash that appeared to need repair as it looked like it was warped and didnt fit, and a detail. A bit more than a week Crystal called me to see how I liked my vehicle. I stated I liked it a lot but needed to call and make an appointment for Saturday for the detail. She replied that she would call to Pulaski to make the appointment for me because her fiance worked there. Great! Yet, she never called back. There was no service to this sale.This past Saturday I had an appointment at 10AM for the detail and to get the speaker looked at in Pulaski. I arrived 20 minutes early and left my car. I was told they would have it done as quickly as possible and I shouldnt wait long. I had other plans so I left with my partner and ran some errands. An hour and a half later I received a call to let me know that the speaker cover was not warped from heat. The speaker was actually being pushed up by the air duct. This would be a 5 hour fix and I would have to come back another day. Then I was asked if I still wanted the detail. Of course I did. Also, why was this car on your lot for a few weeks and not fixed. It was very noticeable.We ran out of errands in Pulaski, so I returned to wait for them to complete. Not sure how, but the Quick lane Manager and I started talking about my experience with Witt. I stated I was not happy at all. I asked if any Ford dealer could fix the dash, as it was under warranty. I explained about the sales process. He apologized, then went to help dry my car off as to not make me wait any longer. He first gave me his card and let me know to call him if I ever needed so0mething from Witt, to call him first and he would let others know I am a valued customer. Fifteen or twenty minutes went by and he returned with my car. As I got in I noticed there were water spots on my center console and crumbs or dirt in my cup holders. I called him back and explained that this was a New Car Detail. Unacceptable, the center console was never wiped. He took it back and I waited a bit more than a half hour.I then was really getting tired of spending my Saturday at your dealership. I walked back to the wash bay and let them know no one needs spend about 4 hours here on a Saturday unless they are getting paid. They were just finishing up shining my wheels. Not sure why this wasnt done before. They asked if I wanted them to back it out. I was done and needed to go. I entered my vehicle and left.Today I noticed there are finger smudges all over the inside of my windows. No attention to detail. After all this Joe, it was a HORRIBLE new car buying experience at your dealership. If I were to do it again, I would not spend $38,000 at your dealership.Best Regards,Robert

We decided to give Witt a try because my husband found a truck. We drove to Green Bay to a sale they were having. my husband had been pre approved prior. They looked at our trade and basically said they needed extra time and would call Wed. Nothing and its Saturday. Needless to say we walked into Les Stumpf and walked out in an hour with a new truck. Poor customer service at Witt will NEVER give them my business was a waste of time.

Buying the car was good! A few months later when things started going bad with the car and we found out our extra purchased warranty from the dealer did not cover it we were sadly disappointed. I would not trust purchasing the extra warranty if major things are not included in the warranty. We were sadly misled.

Found exactly what I wanted and got it to me in less than three days. Made finding a new car after a stressful accident another great experience with Witt. Worked hard to get rebates and rewarded my loyalty. I'll be rewarding them with my loyalty for a long time to come. Scott is a no nonsense salesman and a joy to work with. Honest and forthright. I gave 5 stars on all categories and I mean 5 stars. Tony makes the finance part of things a breeze. Drive past Green Bay if you're looking to get treated right.

This was my first time buying a car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Scott was great when it came to looking around; never making me feel pressured. He had all the answers to my questions and worked with Tony to make the price right for the one I wanted. I would definitely consider buying another car from him in the future.

This was the first time we have gone to Witt's. I was absolutely impressed. Scott Shier made us feel like had known him for years. He listened to what we wanted and stayed within the budget we had. I absolutely loved going car shopping this time and would definitely go back. My husband can't wait until it's his turn to get a new vehicle. Not only was the service with the staff at Witt's outstanding, but I love my new impala! Great job everyone at Witt's! I will most definitely be back.

Bought a used vehicle from Witt-3 times said I would come back Friday or Saturday but let myself get pushed into doing the deal the same night. Didn't get the promised rate or trade in amount. Spoke with Dan who did make it right the next day and while no warranty came with it that they would stand behind the cars they sell for 30 days. Brought it home on a Friday and did not use until the following Friday as was out of town for work. Called Dan and told him I had concerns and was taking it to my mechanic. My mechanic found there was a bullentin on a noise I heard when starting it, the tire pressure warning light never went off and that was a systm malfunction, one of the window switches didn't work and the key fob to open didn't work. Dan said to bring it in and make a list of what needed to get fixed. Got a call from Julie in the service dept-would cost $1000 but they'd spilt in half-I told her to talk to Dan as he said he'd stand behind it and I had the Wisc. Buyers Guide signed by him that all was fine she said she had-I told her to talk to him again. Dan called me next day and now we're at $1300 to fix-I said I'd go as high as 20% on the fix he said he'd talk to one of the Witt guys who was on his way to Miami and that they never cover drive trains for 30 days-just 1/2. Dan called back the following Monday said they'd fix everything for $350-I agreed. Now car is in Green Bay getting "fixed" -Julie said they were not fixing everything so am waiting to hear again what the "damages" are. Was supposed to be ready last week Thursday, then tomorrow (11-13-12) now don't count on it being ready by the end of the week.

I called Witt Auto sales comparing vehicle quotes given the model, color, and optional package I wanted. I requested a firm quote on the best deal taking into account rebates and financing minus taxes and licensing. I spoke three times before leaving the house where they gave and confirmed a quote to me of $18,800 for the desired vehicle. I told them I accepted their quote of $18,800 and I would be in route over 1-1/2 hours away. I called once while in route. Upon arrival the salesman stated they couldnt sell the vehicle for $18,800 but would for $18,900 as my wife can confirm. I agreed to the new price. They requested to make a quote on a trade where upon they produced a paper showing a bunch of numbers and pointed to what the trade was worth. We declined the trade. I stated I would agree to the price they quoted. At no point at this juncture did they inform me they had changed the price again. We were handed over to a second party to do the paperwork. He stated he just writes up the paperwork that is given to him. The payments were much different than anticipated. I had to question the guy to get where they had added costs to the item (exceeding their quote). They were not forth coming but were trying to slip it by. They were not straight forward. We eliminated all that they had added. We signed the papers with none of the numbers showing what was quoted of $18,900 but assurances were made it was taking into account all the dealer numbers, rebated and down payments and taxes. Upon returning home with a calculator we went from joy to extreme discontent that we had been lied to. Not only did they add another $99 to the car they also added $169 service fee all of which were not taxes and license as quoted. We contacted the dealer with our concerns. They stated we agreed to the new, (new) higher price of $18,999 plus the $169 company fee i.e. raising the price an additional $369 from original. In several phone calls thereafter, the integrity of the dealership became very clear. The more they talked the deeper the whole they dug. They first tried to bribe me by giving me $100 providing that I rate them as all excellent rating on the Ford questionnaire. I had told them they should send me the $100 and I would rate them fairly for what they had earned and by making it right I would reflect that. In my questioning the salesman said he had to talk to his manager. Less than 5 minutes later he called and in further discussion he said he had to talk to his manager again but the manager at that point was said to be out of the office for more than an hour. Which was it? You were just talking to him less than 5 minutes ago or he is out of the office for an hour? Considering Im just starting my cycle of purchasing 4 vehicles over the next 3 years I can clearly state I will not be returning, or doing any servicing on my way to my daughters place or recommending this company to anybody. All Ive asked is for them to put on big boy pants and live up to what they promised and make it right. So far I havent seen anything to alter my assessment of the company from just another used car salesman.

Apparently this dealership thought i was a joker with no money. I purchased a 12 F-150 Lariat super crew and a 12 Fusion Sport in the last week or so from Broadway Ford because of the way i felt they treated me. I bought the truck first. I called their to get thier best price on similar truck they had and never even got a call back. The fusion took all day for them to call me back even after i recalled and left a message for i believe her name was Katie and when they did i felt like they werent taking me serious like it was some kind of game and i wasnt really gonna buy a car. I called the manager I believe his name was Don and got talked down to also. Got treated like a king at BROADWAY FORD ( AMY GRAFF ) and the price was the same. I am just beside myself with the experience ive had with these people. I think the owner of this place probably doesnt realize the rudeness of his staff. Go to BROADWAY FORD for your new Ford and you will be treated better by far. They will appreciate your business.

I just purchased a 2010 Ford Edge from Witt Auto Sales and worked with Scott. When I was shopping their lot on a weekend I was unable to see one of their vehicles. Scott drove the vehicle from Crivitz down to Green Bay so that I could test drive it. I thought that this kind of customer service was above and beyond. And because of Scott's over the top customer service I purchased that vehicle.

I bought a used Ford Five Hundred Sept 2010. When you look at a car there, their first comment is that the cars are inspected by their mechanic from front to back. I guess that is true they did not finish the story that if they see a problem they do not fix it. On Ford Five Hundreds they are know for there sway bars to go. So they know this yet over looked it, also if take it for a ride, which they say they do there is no missing the sound. Yes they said they would fix it after fact (which is great) but you better be local. My fault that I was not local, so not easy to drive 4 hours back to get something fixed that shouldnt be a problem to begin with.Would I do business ther again? ONLY IF YOU ARE LOCAL.If they would have said as is, that would have been cool. But to tell you that it has been gone over and it as not. NOT COOL

I had a vibration in my truck so I took it to Witt Ford & had the tires rotated and balanced. When I picked up the truck I was told the rear brakes were bad and the front suspension needed repair. The vibration was still there so I took it in and had the brake work done. When I picked up my truck I asked to see the paper work the service manager had in her hand done by the tech that worked on my truck. My truck had 40+ thousand miles and wanted to find out why it needed so much work. The service manager told me she wouldn't show it to me because it was the tech notes and I had no right to see them. After several minutes of asking to see what was in the repair paper work she had in she turned the folder over and wrote "replaced your rear brakes" and held it up in front of my face and walked away. For 300+ dollars I don't know what work was done and I still have the vibration. I will not be back for any more work. I had been a customer for years and had good service until I incountered this rude employee. Beware if you are a Witt Ford customer. Customer service is not a strong point.

saturday morning my2003 buick stalled at crivitz lumber main street crivitz at 11:30 am. witt sent their service truck over, towed us to their dealership and replaced a very dirty fuel filter; charged the battery and had me on the way by 1:30pm. what great service with great people and a fair price. the crivitz area is blessed to have witt ford for all hours service.

Mark called and said that I could Get into the used 2009 Flex for a payment of $397.00 after he knew what my payoff was on my KIA Sarento Ex was and After my vehicle had been appraised.Then When we actually sat down to finalized the deal.He said my payment would be $ 467.00Then All he could tell me is that he doesn't know where the #397.00 figure came from.This is "No" way to do Business.I will be sure to let everyone I know How I was treated.At Witt Ford in Crivitz Wisconsin.
