Our experience with purchase of the Chevy Cruze was extremely pleasant at Wheeler Motors because of our knowledgeable salesman Kim and Nate the financial specialist explaining all facets of the contract with accompanying programs. We left with our new vehicle and a good choice of a dealership.

It is quite amazing to me to see, and experience a service business these days that is totally customer focused from top to bottom like Wheeler Motors is. I was in the automotive business for over 40 years and I know first hand how brutal it can be to be in the service business. I also know and appreciate exceptional customer service, and how difficult it can be to achieve the delivery of exceptional customer service. Wheeler Motors excels in delivering GREAT customer service in every department, every day, with every sale, and every repair. I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy new or used vehicles, service, parts or collision, come out and give them a test drive.

Kim gave me plenty of time to explain what I was looking for in a used car. He let me drive several picks that he came up with on the lot. He even put up with me making a cell phone call to my daughter in California to ask her about a model she owned; and patiently listened to and answered her questions about the car I was interested in. Travis made the paperwork painless, even enjoyable. Less than 24 hours later I picked up my beautifully prepped 2010 Impala. Since I was not trading in and did not have anyone available on such short notice to drive with me, the delightful woman who had prepped my car drove it home for me as well! I even have an appointment for follow-up and changing to snow tires set up already.

The staff at Wheeler Motors is phenomenal! Amy and Travis went out of their way and helped us find the Traverse we were looking for! They went above and beyond and stayed later for us, so we did not have to take time off from work. Purchasing our new vehicle was fast and efficient. Would recommend Wheelers to anyone!

Purchased a chevy volt here in December of 2011 our salesman Travis is highly motivated and incredibly knowledgeable. In subsequent returns for routine maintenance I mentioned I would like a used pickup, a few months later he found an incredible truck at a fantastic price. Every time they have our car always routine maintenance never a problem with the car the service department is amazing, our vehicle is returned ahead of schedule I'm always offered a loaner to borrow if I wish, our car is always washed and vacuumed. If you thinking about a new or used car in northern Michigan I can not emphasize try wheeler motors but watch out you drive home a new "ride"

This was my first experience with Wheeler Motors. I was interested in one of their vehicles, but also was prompted by a co-worker to choose Wheeler based on her past business with them. Liam was extremely friendly and helpful. His honest demeanor made me feel much more at ease. His counterpart Travis was equally friendly and helpful. Each followed through on a couple of loose ends which could have been easily overlooked. Their customer service was top notch! I would definitely use Wheeler in the future!

Just bought a 2010 Equinox. It was my first time buying a vehicle completely alone. Ami was very helpful and explained all the features thoroughly.
