I had originally gone into another West Herr dealership to purchase a vehicle and had a very bad experience - they lowballed my trade, wouldn't give me a straight answer about the interest rate, and I walked out vowing never to do business with West Herr again. Paul at the West Herr Jeep Chrysler got wind of my experience and did everything possible to make it right, including locating the exact vehicle I was interested in, and the financing process was straightforward, no tricks and charts and attempts to confuse me. I highly recommend West Herr Chrysler Jeep - not all dealerships are created equal but this location is first class and I ended up driving away very happy.

We recently purchased a new Jeep Compass from West Herr Jeep in Orchard Park. The thing I appreciated most about our salesman Paul Follett is that he didn't play the typical salesman games. We had done our homework so we were ready for the usual song and dance, but Paul got straight to the bottom line. He was honest and fair about the pricing and our trade-in value. We actually were only looking and not really planning on buying right away, but that day we sealed the deal! Paul was very professional and friendly. I guess when you really know and believe in your product you don't have to play the games. We have dealt with West Herr Jeep in the past and were very pleased with the customer service. We also have dealt with the Service Department, our other jeep had a recall on a certain part, and they were very easy to work with as well. I highly recommend West Herr Jeep!

Great experience shopping and purchasing our new Jeep Cherokee from West Herr Jeep in Orchard Park. We highly recommend Bob Luthi in the sales department. Bob was attentive, friendly and professional. When he couldn't locate the exact Jeep we wanted, he set an appointment and let us know when we could come in and order a new one. I'm writing this review to provide more accurate information about my purchase. I was asked to write a review on the salesperson's computer before I even had the vehicle, and I agreed to do so. I purchased a 2011 VW from West Herr in Orchard Park back in May. The sales process was smooth, but the events that took place after were not. The vehicle they sold me shouldn't have even passed inspection, and I had to take it in for repairs less than 3 weeks after buying it (my brakes and rotors were completely worn down / needing replacement). They agreed to put me into a rental while my vehicle was in their possession for a few days. Shortly after returning the rental to them per their instructions, I received a call from the rental company asking me why I didn't fill the tank (because West Herr agreed to take care of it). I decided to take care of the gas cost and not worry about reimbursement. Today (8/26/14), I received a call from Avis stating that West Herr didn't take care of the entire rental cost, and that there was a $40 outstanding balance that would be sent to collections if not taken care of. This is a headache to say the least. I personally will not do business with West Herr in the future nor would I recommend them to any of my friends / family.

Bought a new Cherokee. In less than 24 hours and only 20 miles it had a tranny cooler failure . I took it in and expected a loner car as it was going to take 5 days to get repaired as parts were not available. I found out mine was not the 1st. No loner but I could drive to the rental car place and get a rental. When I got there they said West Herr does not provide insurance on it and I would be responsible if anything happened to it. I went back to the dealer to see the manager and he kept smirking and stating it was not their policy. I again stated the car was not even 24 hours old, He stated he could do nothing for me because it was their policy not to provide a loner and only a rental without insurance. So I got loud and described to several folks in the showroom. Some decided to leave due to the lousy policy. Suddenly after one family asked why they could not give me a loner and the manager stating it was their policy and the customer stating loudly that he would not buy from here and leaving with his family, Brian quickly called the rental place and had the insurance put on. I have 4 jeeps in my driveway. 3 from West Herr and a GMC Acadia from West her. This is the first time I needed anything from them. This is the last time I buy a vehicle from them.

We ordered a new Jeep because there was none available with the correct combination of options in the right color. Our salesman kept trying to get one from another dealer because there was no estimated delivery date on the one that was ordered.We finally picked up the new vehicle last week and are thrilled with it. After test driving the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk I was blown away by the features, and handling of the vehicle but the real question that remained was the price. The atmosphere at West Herr Chrysler is very comfortable, relaxed, and the folks there are not your typical pushy car sales people. Joe was extremely thorough and helpful. He exhausted all of his resources helping us find the right vehicle for our budget. During the process, he kept us updated every step of the way, asked permission to take steps when necessary, and was very transparent about what he was doing. This dealerships service department and management staff is awful. Specifically, I've only dealt with West Herr's Jeep division since that's the vehicle to which I purchased new. I ran into a few issues and the service department could never seem to get it right so I annoyingly had to keep bringing it back for the same problems. When the problems continued and the management staff was involved, they were much less than helpful. They had no real solutions and the customer service really is terrible. Do yourself a favor, there are a ton of other dealerships out there so buy from somewhere else! I became so frustrated that I traded my vehicle in to another dealership, Transittowne, just so that I didn't have to deal with West Herr ever again.

Joe Dee was a wonderful salesman. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. The dealership in general was helpful in this transaction as it was I had my 3 small children with me and when I needed to deal with Joe, the other staff in the dealership helped look out for my kids. first off lets start off by saying i love my jeep. but beware of this dealership everyone who works here is fake. bought the extended warranty when i purchaced my used liberty, truck had a small rusted dent on it it was fixed upon pick up but a very very poorly job was done, also a few problems down the line with it as well took it back and service dept. says u have a bad bulb so they replace the bulb (2 hours) later. get ready to leave and im paying $58.00 but i have extended warranty, makes no scense, will never buy a jeep from this dealership again....

i recently purchased a used car from this dealership in cash- - i also added a car starter to my order and had it installed for when i would pick up the vehicle. Since my purchase i have been in service 3 times and each time the issue hasnt been resolved. My car starter doesnt work for some reason and i have had it replaced and it still doesnt work, i left my sales guy a message on his voicemail and sent him an email and have heard no response on what we can do to fix this. i find this to be quite anerving considering i am sure if i was still in the market to purchase a call they would be blowing my phone up to get me to come in for a test drive, but once i drop the thousands of dollars they could careless? number one in customer satisfaction,,, i think not!

Our sales rep Paul Follett spent three hours with us going over options that we did not even consider for ourselves. Then we shopped around at competitors for over 5 hrs, multiple dealers. Paul matches their deals, and catered to meet our extremely high demands. They even stayed 1 hour after close to finalize the deal (until 10pm) to make sure we could drive off the lot. My wife just purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty before the end of the year. We did not plan to purchase that day, we were on more of a scouting trip. We met Joe D. and he was so helpful and easy (no pressure) to deal with that we ended up taking some test drives. My wife loved the Liberty. Joe was able to put together a deal that we felt comfortable with. My wife usually looks for some place to hide when we start the buying process because of all the theatrics that ensue. The back and forth and the "oh look good news we can get you in that car" kind of hype and high pressure. We experienced none of that with Joe D. He had our trade assessed and put together a deal that with just one minor tweak was the end of that part of our purchase. No hassel no hype no high presssure. The rest of the purchase went smooth with all the other folks at West Herr that got involved for us to clear the dealership. I was amazed but we drove that new Liberty home that day. It was a long process for us, but well worth it in the end. Ron Gerber and Jessica Hollis did anything they could to make sure we drove a jeep home when all was said and done. It was a great feeling knowing there were people who actually cared and weren't just concerned with how much they were going to make on the sale. I would recommend West Herr to anyone and everyone looking to buy a vehicle and my husband and I refuse to go anywhere else. Truly a great experience and we greatly appreciated everything that they did for us!!

Nick Sorrenti is the man to see for a Jeep or any West Herr vehicle. He helped me in the purchase of my brand new Jeep Wrangler, which I absolutely love. He's very easy going, highly knowledgable, and there's no BS. I don't usually write reviews but my experience was very unique and left me 100% happy and satisfied. Prior to my West Herr visit I visited other dealerships which really left me discouraged since I was being pressured to buy a vehicle that I really wasn't interested in (it was Northtown). Therefore, it's definitely worth the visit, I think they have every car model on the market and they're all in a row on Southwestern. Also, I would highly reccommend Nick, super nice guy:)

This is the 3rd car be bought from West Herr. We are VERY Happy with the quality of service we receive there. When we wanted to go to a Jeep, our first thought was West Herr. THANK YOU ! !
