My wife and I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited about a month ago from Watermark Hyundai of Marion, IL. Danny Bloodworth was our sales rep. He was very nice to deal with. In fact, the whole staff was very nice and professional. Danny knew what we were looking for and fixed us up with a wonderful Palisade. Since then, my wife drove it to Florida with her daughter and grand-daughter, and we went to Branson, MO last weekend. The Palisade drove very well. It has a convenient knob on the console to adjust the "ride" from sport to comfort - 5 settings, I think. We keep it on Comfort and it does well for us. The Limited trim package has Blind Spot warning lights on the outside mirrors, and if you turn the turn signal on to merge into another lane it will give an audible warning sound if another vehicle is in the blind spot. Also, when merging or turning, if the turn signal is engaged, the left or right electronic instrument dash monitor shows a camera view of the blind spot of the side you are about to turn into. The NAV system is also very easy to use. All in all, the Palisade is very well engineered and convenient to use. Also a very good value. If you are interested in the Palisade, or any other Hyundai, give Danny a call. He will take good care of you, just as he did for us.

I highly recommend buying a car from Watermark! Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. Danny Bloodworth helped me find the perfect car that suited all my needs and wants in a car! He has amazing customer service skills as well as being very friendly. Travis Hill helped out as much as he could in helping get things processed, whom also had great customer service, very friendly, and helpful as well! Definitely a great crew here! Everyone there made buying a car enjoyable! Definitely worth a 5 star review!

Had an appointment with the service department on a Thursday to look at my car because the check engine light came on and it seemed to have an electrical issue (the wipers wouldn't work properly). the car quit at work on that Wednesday evening. I had an extended warranty plan and Thursday morning had it towed to the dealership. They hadn't even looked at the car by Friday, and had no loaner, and wouldn't cover a rental because they didn't know if it was a covered repair, well if you don't LOOK at the car you don't know do you? I worked all weekend, had to get rides, 25 miles one way. By the next Wednesday, numerous phone calls and extreme apathy by the staff later, I rented my own car, when , of course they called and said they had a loaner and that they had looked at the car and it was an electrical issue. REALLY? What I told you when I made the original appointment? I got my car back 8 days after I brought it in. There was no one in the office when I brought it in, they gave me NO paperwork, refused to copy me their paperwork, said they would send me a receipt, They did charge me $100, my deductible. They told my that they had gotten coverage for my two days of rental, but I've never seen it. All in all, a terrible experience and an abhorrent way to treat your customers.

I had been shopping online for an SUV and Marion Ford ended up having the perfect fit for me! They were more than accommodating, as far as preparing my total costs and paperwork before I arrived, which made the process go by very quickly! I think we were there maybe 30 minutes, including the test drive. Very friendly staff who were prompt with all correspondence prior to my purchase of the vehicle! I found them through car-gurus, and they were one of the only dealers to respond to my interest, as well as answering all my questions.

My sincerest thanks to the Marion Ford Body Shop. My poor Honda Civic has taken 2 deer hits and after both incidents the body shop has quickly and professionally repaired my vehicle back to perfect condition. The staff is very friendly and they work with my insurance so I have to do very little. The work is always first rate and done on time. Thanks to you all!

I am so impressed with the service at the Quick Lane. Melanie, Joel, Alan are all knowledgable professionals and have been there a good long time. Joe is a fantastic addition to their team. I keep my vehicles a long time and they help me keep them in top condition. The place is so clean, just another reflection of the pride in their work and the respect for the customer and their vehicle. It's great the way each technician can come out and explain what they did and what they think might warrant keeping an eye on in the near future. What a great place.

After a lot of internet shopping and running around we bought a 2014 Hyundai Elantra SE from Marion Ford Hyundai this past weekend. They offered the best price for the type of car that we were looking for. It is more stylish than others in the same class and had all of the options that we were looking for. We also enjoyed working with the salesperson, Tom Madden. While being very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative, he was not pushy. We don't like the high pressure technique that some salespeople use and refuse to work with that type regardless of how good the deal is. Tom wasn't like that at all. We have a friend who is looking to replace one or two of his cars and we've referred him to Tom.

We have been to Marion Ford several times in the last couple of months. For research, for test drives and lastly to purchase a used vehicle. Each time we treated with respect and honesty and NEVER felt the pressure tactics that we experienced at other dealerships. We dealt with Nate during the purchase process. We had it narrowed down to 2 vehicles, a 2011 and 2010 version of the same car. Upon walking thru the doors he greeted us personally, with "I was just going to call you because the 2011 is about to be sold".. He took us for a test drive in the 2010 and showed us the payment options and price. Unlike other dealerships he didn't proceed to try and sell us a newer more expensive vehicle... Every step of the way we had full disclosure, every question was answered fully... Even though it was getting late and they were obviously closing for the night, we were taken through to talk to the finance Guru, talked through the options for financing and extended warrantees. Again at each step we were expecting the pressure tactics of trying to sell us the higher priced vehicle or more expensive warrantee coverage, but we didn't get it. We were given the facts and allowed to make our own decision. To summarise, this was the best experience in car buying we have ever had. Friendly staff who don't pressure you or avoid answering questions... Nobody trying to upsell you into a more expensive vehicle. This is how car buying should be!

This was our first time shopping at Marion Ford. Jeff Cain was the salesperson who took care of us. We were undecided in our choice between three different models. Once we narrowed down the model, we were undecided about which style in that model would best suit our needs. Jeff was great! He worked with us so patiently, really listened to our wants & needs and had to do a lot of hustling around for us. We were in the dealership four different days before driving our new Edge SEL home. We were impressed by the treatment we received by other employees in the dealership throughout this experience especially John Slone. We felt like our business was important, Hands down, we could not be more satisfied with our experience, our salesman, and our new vehicle. Very happy with our new 2014 Ford Fusion. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Jessie Goines took care of us, and has earned our business in the future. He listened to what we wanted, what our goal was, and went above and beyond our expectations. Even the usual tedious task of the paperwork was made into a pleasurable experience. Instead of having paper after paper shoved in our faces, and feeling like we were taking up too much time (as with other dealerships we've purchased from) everything was explained to us and we were asked if we had any questions or concerns before being asked to "sigh here". The whole process was painless, which is something that we have not been able to say in the past.

The buying process was easy and great (did hit a busy day and the wait for the finance person was long, but Ron was great to work with once we got in to finalize everything). I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone at Marion Ford for our recent purchase. This facility is top-of-the-line. This is our third purchase and each time the quality of service, ease of purchase, and overall buying experience gets better and better. Jeff Cain understood our needs, timing of purchase and importance of having a good quality vehicle for medical transportation issues. I can not thank him enough for taking that under consideration in his efforts to help out. Although I have had no repair issues to rate on this vehicle, I do want to take a minute to say the service department is fantastic. I have never had any problems whatsoever with service and to me that is part of the reason to return to the dealership each time when purchasing/trading a vehicle. The staff at Marion Ford, from the sales person to finance manager were all very friendly and helpful. They took every step they could to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the decision we were making. Being first time car buyers we were apprehensive to even step into a dealership but we never once felt pressured or bullied into making a decision. I will do business again with Marion Ford. Found a used Jeep Wrangler online. Stopped by dealership to check it out. David was a gentleman and gave me all the information that I asked for. I did my research and decided to go back to negotiate. Since David was off, Pamela jumped in and hooked me up. As things happen, there was a slight mechanical problem with the vehicle. I found the used car I was looking for online. When I when in to the dealership everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. Jon Wofford answered all my questions and had the car I was looking for ready for me to drive. Since he was off the next day, he introduced me to Chad who also went over the car details and was very helpful. All of my paperwork was taken care of with just a couple phone calls so when I went in to make the purchase Jon had everything needed to get the signatures so I could get the keys and be on my way. I have dealt with numerous car dealerships in the last thirty years and this was BY FAR the Best car buying experience I have ever had. I will certainly be back for my next vehicle. I just purchased a used vehicle from Marion Ford, my salesperson was Jeff Cain. I took a few minutes to stop and look at the vehicle on Tuesday of last week, due to my schedule the dealership brought the prospective vehicle to my home and picked up my trade. My next day off was monday, the 22nd. Yesterday I drove home with my vehicle- no haggling or waiting game headaches. The vehicle after being checked by my mechanic had a couple things needing checked and have been addressed. If you want a great feeling when buying your next vehicle go to Marion Ford. I will also state that I have made purchases from several ford dealerships in the last 20 years- they seem to all uphold a GREAT customer service quality. I was introduced to all the managers during my visit to Marion Ford upon entering the showroom yesterday- it makes you feel like you are welcome and not just a dollar on the end of a fishing pole!

I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elentra from Brian at Marion Ford/Hyundai. The overall buying experience was as good as I have ever had. The finance dept. was awesome in obtaining a great rate for us and Brian as well as Chad did a great job walking us through the sale and covering all of our options on the car. I just purchased my first car from Marion Ford, and I had a very pleasant experience. They were very accommodating during my view of the cars on the lot, and letting me test drive several options. I had no issues getting everything taken care of the day of my visit, getting financed, and driving the car home. The employees were friendly and my saleswoman was very personable and knowledgable about the cars, the services offered, and answered all of my questions. If I am buying a car again in the near future, I will likely look again with Marion Ford.

As always, all the folks at Marion Ford Hyundai were awesome to deal with. I have never had a bad experience buying a car there. Jessie Goines stepped in and helped me when Derrick was not there (had dealt with Derrick before and asked for him specfically), then Derrick took over and finished the deal with me. Ron Vaughn was great with the financial matters and never got flustered. All were a joy to work with. I would heartily recommend Marion Ford Hyundai to anyone. And I love the car! I was very impressed with Marion Ford when we recently bought a car. I thought everyone was very freindly and helpful. Derrick Hobson went above and beyond as our sales representative. He wasn't pushy but just very helpful in trying to find a car to suit our needs and he did. My experience while visiting Marion Ford Hyundai was at the top of the mark! Gary (salesman) was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions about trucks, towing, trade-in values, and interest rates. Gary, John (sales manager) and myself were able to come to a great deal with a little negotiating. My husband picked out a car for me, and when I went to look at it, I met Bruce, our sales person. He was very pleasant and friendly. He walked us through the process of the purchase, keeping us up to date on every step. Bruce and the detail staff found a problem with one of the tires, so he didn't want me to drive on a bad tire, so he brought the car to me the next day after they ordered a new tire and had it put on the car. The finance manager, was very helpful and friendly also. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

Bought a new car in August ans a used car just this past month. Dealt with Jessie Goines on both occasions and couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. Had a glitch with the used car the frist day of ownership, Jessie and the service department went out of their way to remedy the prolbem a.s.a.p. Jon in finance was also great to work with, very good at explaining everything on the financial end and found a great interest rate for the loan on our used vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from the dealership. Bruce Griffith was very helpful as my sales person. He gave me great information about the vehicles on the lot, and was very friendly. John Slone and Ron Vaughn were very helpful in the buying process as well. It was my first car buying experience at Marion Ford, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. They really listen to what you need, and assist you in making your car buying experience easy. The facilites are wonderful, and so is the staff. I am proud to have done business with them and certainly will in the future.

I started the buying process over the internet. I asked some straightforward questions and got some straightforward answers with no run around. Very impressed with that. When visiting the dealership I was also very impressed. We were able to take the test drive by ourselves without a sales person, so it was a little more relaxed experience and were able to focus better on the car and how it drove. There was no heavy sales pressure and the actual purchasing negotiations and dealing with the paperwork were very straightforward and stress free. I was impressed with everyone we came in contact with. Will definitely consider Marion Ford when purchasing again and would recommend checking them out if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

A month ago we purchased a 2007 Mazda6 from Bruce Griffith at Marion Ford Hyundai and the experience was surprisingly pleasant- We saw the car posted online and went in with the intention of driving it home, and with the assistance of Marion Ford's sales team, did exactly that. I would highly recommend Marion Ford/Hyundai to anyone looking for a car. We worked with Bruce Griffiths, and he was very different from your typical salesperson. Open, not pushy at all,very friendly, and very honest. The general manager and sales manager were also very friendly as well. We bought our first car here recently and will be sending in everyone we know. Unlike any car experience I've ever had and I've had quite a few! ;) They treat you like family.

We drove 375 miles to deal with this business and it was worth every single mile!! We WILL do it again, too!!! For the first time ever, we were given honest information on purchase and trade and the dealer and salesman stuck to their word.... No hidden surprise expenses, etc... Honest and fair!!! Two words you rarely find associated with car dealings, but we were 100% satisfied and overjoyed to do business with them... Highly recommend them... We dealt with Derrick Hobson and will go back again!!!

My husband and I knew walking in what our budget was and what size car we wanted. The man we worked with was fantastic at finding us the PERFECT car! I bought a Ford Escape last week and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jeff Cain was invested and very fair...I did research on the car and what my trade was worth...he gave me the best deal I was going to get. I'm sure there are other great salespeople there, but seriously, ask for Jeff. The guy who goes over the financing was really nice as well, even if he was too aggressive with the extended warranty pitch...had to say "no" five times!Overall, it was a great experience and I love my car!

Had a GREAT salesman, we did our research and have been looking for over a week, (I had to buy a new/used car mine was just totaled in a flood) Brad Van Zant, was helpful & not and all pushy. I had seen this car earlier in another lot & had a horrible experience, this place & Brad were very enjoyable to work with. I will most certainly go back, & recommend this to friends & family.

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Corolla for my daughter. Pam Braswell was my salesperson. She was very helpful and went out of her way to help me through the process. I did not experience the usual car buying process of playing the numbers game between Pam and the sales manager. I told her what I expected to spend and she did her best to make it happen. I would definitely recommend Marion Ford and Pam Braswell

We had Dave Dudenmeyer as a salesman an he was great. He was sincerely interested in what we needed and not just trying to sell us something. The receptionist was great and the finance person was very easy to work with. I will certainly consider this dealership when I purchase my next car. Dave gets an A+++ in our book!!!

All the folks at Marion Ford were great to deal with. Derrick Hobson was my salesman, and he was wonderful and fun to work with. He made me feel at home at the dealership. We were very impressed with the integrity and professionalism of the Marion Ford employees from the very beginning emails and phone calls to the transaction itself. Derrick, Pamela and Ron were great to work with: friendly and concerned for our satisfaction. It was well worth the 200 mile trip to purchase our truck. We love the way it drives and rides and have already told others of our positive experience.

The people were courteous and not pushy. They explained everything in detail. They backed up their offer and there were no surprises. I was in and out in a couple of hours. We worked with Pam Braswell over the phone prior to driving 150 miles to purchase. She was quick to respond and very pleasant. We had a bad experience at a dealership in Spfld, IL and Pam made up for that headache. We had done a lot of our own legwork prior to buying because we didn't know exactly what we wanted. We were not pushed by anyone and all questions were answered. We were never haggled. Thanks to Pam--I now drive an awesome 2007 Toyota Avalon and I love it! We would return to purchase in the future--when we need another vehicle. Thank you!

I initially contacted Marion Hyundai Ford through the internet and they were quick to get back to me with the information I requested. Next, I was put in touch with a sales representative (Pam Braswell) to discuss my needs and timing. Pam was very straight forward and honest in her approach. The entire team did a great job of getting as many pricing, trade-in and quality details answered over the phone to aid in my decision of whether or not to travel 2.5 hours to work through the buying process. Ultimately, my wife, two young daughters and I made the 2.5 hour drive to Marion Hyundai Ford to test drive a used Ford Flex and trade in our Toyota Sienna minivan. The entire process was flawless! We went through the entire test drive, trade-in and buying process in 1 1/2 hours and the customer-focused service was first class.

We drove 4-1/2hours to Marion Ford Hyundai Lincoln and it was worth the effort David Dannenmueller's salesmanship was phenomenal! There was no pressure to purchase and his warm and friendly personality made it a remarkable experience;not to mention that I absolutely love my car. Decided to purchase a new car and went into Marion Ford Hyundai. Was greeted by a very friendly Jessie. He went out of his way to help me in my quest to get the car I wanted. Really appreciated all his hard work and dedication. He was new and had to ask a lot of questions but was always right there with the answers.

We purchased a nearly new Hyundai Accent from Marion Ford Hyundai this week. This is our third Hyundai from them because of the no-pressure sales approach, their efforts to treat us fairly, and the great service after the sale. Tommy and his team of service technicians have always done a great job on major repair jobs, and I love the 7 AM option of the Quick Lube department.

Jessie Goines was friendly and a "no pressure" salesperson. Dealership had a good selection of used cars at competitive prices. Besides the Ford, we looked at a chevy impala, toyota camry and honda accord. If you are considering used cars, check some out here.

We have purchased six vehicles from Marion Ford in the past four years. Dennis Falmier and Kay the receptionist are great. If you want to have an open, honest car buying experience, this is the place to go. The service department is staffed by long term employees who know the products. This place is the best Dealership I have ever done business with. I feel like part of the family.

Would highly recommend this dealership when purchasing a vehicle. They went above and beyond in making this a good experience. The truck was as listed and they had serviced, filled the tank, and cleaned the truck until it looked like a new one. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pam Braswell, the saleslady, was great.
