Maintenance understood the issue with my eco boost F150 before I even had brought it in. They worked with me to make sure the repair was quality and yet economical. I would recommend them to anyone with a Ford vehicle. A " loaner" vehicle was needed and they stepped up to make sure I was taken care of:)

Fabulous experience every time I go to Midtown. The service department is the best. They always go above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. And the cookies and coffee are a plus as I usually am there before my breakfast time. I have never had any issues with them and I have even had service done to my car when I didn't have an appointment. I will always buy my new Fords at Midtown.

2014 Focus SE in for Oil/Filter change and rotation of tires. Through the process, the tech check wheel alignment and found an alignment was needed. Due to time restraints on my part it had to be scheduled for a future date. Julie scheduled it and now due to a doctor's new appointment that schedule must be changed. It will be rescheduled ASAP as the Staff at Mid-Town Service are very efficient and able to meet any committments. I thank them for a JOB WELL DONE!! O.Winston Bartholomew

Julie, and Randy in service are excellent!!!! I didn't understand why something happened and it did upset me BUT Randy was very nice when I went in to pick up my car and explained why and I had a better understanding. Thank you Randy for being so helpful. Everytime I call service Julie is very polite and always very helpful. Rich Meyers did not sell me my car but went above and beyond to help me, when my salesman was suppose to have paperwork done and didn't. Dave Johnson was wonderful listening to me voice my concerns and came up with a solution. As far as I am concerned the four I mentioned are excellent at their job and go above and beyond on customer service!!!!

Andy went above and beyond the status quo to get a deal done for my wife and me. He gave plenty of options and made sure we understood them all. We also kept him after hours twice and he didn't make us feel guilty at all. Andy also delivered our lease back to another dealership so we could drive our new Escape home. Stopped in and talked with Kurt a few days earlier. Almost forgot about the deals and promotions they had going on, but I got a call back from Kurt and he reminded me that the deals were ending soon. I needed a car that suited my needs asap to be able travel to, and from, work. Even though I didn't get the Ford Edge I wanted; I still got a Ford Escape with everything I asked for, and more!!! Still getting use to some of the features since I'm not use to having a new car, but it literally took about two hours to get in and out of the dealership! All while keeping the type of vehicle I wanted. Ask for Kurtis, and he will help you through every step of the way and explain any questions you may have.

I had never been to Midtown Motors until last week when I went to look at new or used F-150's. Upon arrival I connected with Mike Short and later that day I drove a new F-150 home thanks to the hard work and professional attitude of Mike. I had several problems that needed attention, front breaks were hanging up from time to time and I wanted to do a preemptive strike on my fuel filter and shocks. I dropped the truck off at night and filled out there form as well as had a typed up letter in the envelope. I called at lunch time and there open and inspect of the breaks was not complete yet. I received a call and was told what the truck required for the break problem, I was also told of my options for shocks as far as cost/quality and guarantees go. The quote he gave me over the phone was essentially what I paid give or take a few bucks. The truck was also ready for pick up that afternoon. There is nothing here not to like, honest reports on what is wrong, ball park estimates on what it will cost in parts/labor (always very close) and a vehicle you can actually pick up when promised. Nice, modern small shop with good mechanics and service reps, I have never taken anything back for re-work.

Aaron was very polite. The service was scheduled easily. He explained: what service was completed; what service was recommended; what that service would cost. I have very limited knowledge about mechanics but I didn't feel pressured to complete the service; Aaron did answer my questions freely. I had thought I purchased a service agreement that covered the service I received, but I must have misunderstood when speaking with the financial office at purchase. I don't see the service receptionist's picture and don't remember her name, but she was very polite, and personable; she made me feel very at ease.

The Service Department employees always greet me with a smile and a friendly manner. They try to accommodate my schedule as much as possible; tell me if there is any maintenance service that is due or any repair that needs to be made and why; gives the car a courtesy wash unless I tell them not to do so, and explains what has been done to the vehicle and what the cost is for that day's service work. I am always treated with respect, even more than that -- as a guest in their home --and I believe I am on good terms with everyone there. They put me at ease and never talk down to me. I will continue to buy vehicles from Midtown if for no other reason than the Service Dept. is excellent.

We have purchased many cars from many different dealers over the years. For quite a number of years now, I have felt that the days of the dealer going the extra mile to earn our business was a thing of the past. I was wrong! Mike Short listened to our needs, met our budget requirements, offered a fair trade value for our old car, and with the help of the Service Dept., fixed a few minor issues with the car and made our buying experience pleasant. On top of that, our new car was delivered to us washed, buffed, and with a FULL TANK OF GAS!! Of the 15 vehicles that I have purchased in the last 20 years, not a one of them had a full tank of gas until this one. Mike Curren was equally outgoing, personable, and helpful with the financing portion of our purchase. The Service Dept. needed to order a part that they did not have on hand for our car. A loaner car was issued to us for the overnight and the very next day our car was repaired, then DELIVERED BACK TO OUR HOME THAT IS 45 MILES FROM THE DEALERSHIP. Impressive to say the least!

I recently purchased a 09' Toyota Tacoma used vehicle from Midtown Ford in Warren, PA. Mike Short was the sales professional that I met with. I was acting as an intermediary for my son (who just moved to Wyoming) in the negotiations for the used Tacoma. Midwest was not willing to negotiate on the sale price, but other than that, were a pleasure to work with. Mike and the Sales Manager, Kevin Cobb, were both extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They helped me get through some document/delivery snafus with the Wyoming credit union that my son was using to finance the vehicle. The vehicle was clean/etc when I came to pick it up and my neighborhood mechanic in Akron, Ohio just verified that Midwest Motors had satisfactorily completed ALL of their Used Vehicles Checklist items. Good, friendly, trustworthy people in Warren, PA. I would highly recommend doing business with them.....so much so, that I gave Mike Short a hug before heading West.

I had set-up a State Inspection for our F-150. I forgot to tell them that I wanted the "Works"completed also. I was delighted to find out that the Service department had contacted my wife to authorize Midtown Motors to have the "Works" completed on our truck. The service department had checked the previous records on my truck and noticed that I have the "Works" completed any time my truck is in the shop. I was very delighted the service department had called my wife to see if we wanted the "Works" completed. Well done Midtown Motors!! Thank You.

I stopped into the Midtown dealership on a Tuesday afternoon to scan the lot. Mike approached me and offered to help. I agreed to stop by the next afternoon. I told him I was browsing and gave him some parameters for what I was looking for and how much I could afford. Mike told me he would put a list together and I agreed to stop by the next afternoon. The next day Mike had a few suvs selected that would work for me. The first 1 was exactly what I needed and also had a few perks that made it an obvious choice. So far everything was going smooth, now for the part I dread the finance part. For the first time ever I wasn't pressured into affording something that wasn't in mu budget. Mike worked the numbers and got me under my asking monthly price by $.49. So when it came time to put the down payment down we couldn't find the check book. Mike said it was no sweat and we could bring it by later today. It was a great gesture on his part to trust me, he didn't have to do that. Then after everything was done, all the papers signed, he got on the phone with Sirius radio and gave them heck until I got a free trial subscription. This is the first time in years that we have felt relaxed buying our new Ford. They knew what we were looking for and got us the exact car that we wanted. Delivery was fast and we had the option of seeing the vehicle before we signed the final papers. The dealer we went to before was not as organized as Midtown was. I had been searching a 6 state area for a Taurus SHO. I cover 6 states as a Medical Lab service manager at Bio-Reference Labs inc. I have been calling and doing price line. I went to one dealer in Fairview who was a friend of the family. It was a rude experience Pa never took my number and Said Order it if I wanted it, I almost bought one in Chesapeake, Va. Almost. Went to the Erie Ford Dealer and got the heavy sell, then was told he could get what I wanted in a few hrs. I then knew one was local somewhere, Local for me would be about 100 miles, lol. Before i went to Va on a business trip I sent an inquiry to Midtown Motors about 50 miles away. Jenny got right back to me and set me up with Mike Short my Sales person, met with him for a bit, test drove the car, attempted to get him to match the Virginia price till he pointed out the errors in the write up. Spoke with him and haggled a little bit. I was comfortable with the price as i knew what I wanted and how much I would spend out the door. Very much pleased with dealing at the dealership and with MikeTo say the least I am very happy. Wife is happy. When it comes time to lease a new car for her our 1st and only stop will be to see Mike Short at Midtown Motors in Warren PA.

This dealership is truly amazing. I have been to our local ford dealership where my keys were held in the finance office and I felt pressured to buy. My experience with Midtown was truly a blessing. I told them what asked where I would be payment wise. Within 30 to 40 minutes Mike Short who I dealt with and by the way is truly an amazing person had all the figures. I was relaxed and at ease with the purchase of my car. Everything was explained and he went above and beyond with all information and made sure I understood everything. The financial papers where ready and Kevin Cobb was a delight also. I will never go to another dealership. They have won my business and I have been telling everyone to do the same. This was the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle!

Kurt was great to work with because he was very accommodating and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. He gave me the price I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted for my new purchase. Kurt was not pushy at all and did not rush me into making a decision. He explained everything thoroughly and got the truck I wanted for just under my budget. I purchased a used Motor Home with a Ford Motor from a private owner. Along with the paperwork came a recall from several years ago that the previous owner told me still had not been done.. I stopped in and explained this to Rob Larson who was most courteous and offered to fit me in to accommodate our fast approaching vacation. In the meantime , he researched the info that I gave him and found that in fact the service had been performed and patiently explained what the reason for the recall had been and made me feel great instead of the instead of the fool that I had set myself up to be. Thanks Rob...great customer service and really appreciated.

Wasn't sure if my brake control was working properly. (As I'm used to after market, not factory installed ones). They tested everything and stated it was in good working order. I had looked at three different suv's, Escape, Subaru and Nissan and picked the Escape. I have dealt with Vic Valone on all my purchases over the years because he always goes out of his way to get the deal done and once again he stepped up and found the car we wanted. We ran into a few bumps along the way but all were taken care of to my and Midtown's satisfaction, as far as I'm concerned Vic went over the top to help me out on this purchase.

I have had my vehicle for almost 2 years and I really liked it. All of a sudden I found that I have mice in my car which I am very afraid of. I had my husband take it to Midtown and they said they cleaned it and I still have mice in it. There has to be an explanation for this. I am 65 years old and have owned alot of vehicles and this has never happened. This is a lease vehicle and I have one more year to lease this. I have asked to put me into something different for the final year of the lease with no results. If I see a mouse in the car while I am driving I will probably have an accident which no one seems to care. I am very disappointed in Ford as a whole and I will let other people know about this and that nothing was done. If I had the money I would pay this off to get out but I do not. I cant even keep any of my personal belongings in the vehicle of fear that they will be destroyed. I am parking this vehicle where I have always parked all of my vehicles so nothing is any different. I am very very disappointed on Ford that there is nothing that can be done. I really feel sorry for the person that gets this car after my lease is done. I will never own another Ford!!!!

My husband and I are retired and he has had problems getting in and out of our Ford Fusion. It is a great vehicle, but as we are getting older we were looking for a vehicle that is easier to get in and out of. We received a flyer in the mail and noticed that they had a C-Max hybrid on sale that looked like it was perfect for our needs. I was interested in the C-Max, my husband was concerned about the battery. The sales person (Mike Short) assured us that because this was a hybrid, the battery did not need to be plugged because it was charged by the engine. We took it for a test drive and were amazed at the pick-up this vehicle has. The salesman (Mike) was very informative. If he didn't know the answer to our questions right off, he researched and found the answer. He filled out the paperwork and came up with a deal that was exactly what we were looking for! We know from previous experience that purchasing a new vehicle is a lengthy process, however, Mike made the experience pleasant and even enjoyable. The finance person ( Mike Curren), was as knowledgeable about his job and was quick in informing us of all warranty options and recommendations, and then getting the proper paperwork printed to have us sign. While Mike Short was going over some of the cars details, my husband noticed that the inspection would expire in a few weeks. Being the end of the day, they asked me to bring it back the next morning. I took it in and they got it inspected.All over, it was an excellent experience! Thanks to everyone that we dealt with!

Called to make an appointment expecting a couple week wait since I have a limited time frame when I could come due to work but got scheduled in only 2 days. Staff was professional and friendly. I purchased a low mileage used 2015 Taurus from Midtown and, after driving it for a 100 miles or so, I had a couple complaints. I returned it to the Service Dept. to have the issues investigated. On my first visit a considerable amount of time was spent working on the car but the Technicians could not find any problems. I drove the car a few more days and returned to the Service Dept. again with the same complaints. After considerably more time the Technicians had solved the problem and now the Taurus rides and handles like fresh from the factory.The entire group of people in the Service Dept. spent a lot of time to address my complaints. Never once did anyone make it seem, or make me feel, that I was asking too much. They invested quite a bit of time to resolve the issues .. and, it cost me zero dollars.Just a great group of people, from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional !

The service and speed of the repair were excellent. Midtown did a good job at resolving the issue with my 2014 Focus SE. However, the commitment to customer satisfaction of Ford Motor Company is lacking. Waiting from March 3rd when the problem was first diagnosed until the end of April for a part is unacceptable. This IS NOT the fault of Midtown Motors as they can only perform work as fast as they can acquire parts. This vehicle has had 2 warranty service visits for the same transmission problem. Ford Motor Company needs to do a better job engineering quality vehicles that do not have to have multiple warranty services done on the same system. Again This IS NOT Midtown's fault. I actually feel bad for the service technicians and service managers that have to deal with the inferior transmissions in the 2014 Focus. I know this is probably not the right forum to complain about the quality of the car but I am very frustrated with the car. The bottom line I would like to emphasize is that midtown is doing an excellent job dealing with a bad product.

Went to midtown motors and looked for a vehicle. the vehicle we wanted we could not swing due to past financial issues . Glenn worked with other lending institutions until he could finally get us into a vehicle to help establish credit. He worked the numbers and came up with something in our range. after the sale went to do financing. very good at getting us extended vehicle coverage. at first it went over our budget by just a few dollars but the again were able to crunch numbers to get us the coverage we wanted and got us back in our overall price once again. .

My experience with Warren Midtown Motors was excellent. I went in looking to buy my first car and from the moment i walked into the lot i was provided with excellent customer service. The employee i talked with was Andy and he was very helpful. I found a car i liked but it was a little out of my price range and he was more than willing to work with me on the price of the car and ultimately was able to lower the price down to where i could afford it. Andy was very friendly and helpful the entire time and even went into in depth detail about he car i was looking at. He had answers to all my questions and after purchasing the car helped me connect my phone to the Bluetooth in the vehicle and explained to me what all the buttons were and what they did. Mike Short is an Angel is disguise I swear! He had been helping me for over six months to find the right car for me and that would fit me especially in my price range. I had been looking with several other car dealerships and places about to give up hope. Mostly because of out of all the dealers I was dealing with I really felt like he cared that I was dealing with tow very sick parents ,trying to work and needing a car .Something told me to keep in touch with Mike and I really felt I could trust him. He had a very caring attitude that made me hang in there. The past year had been rough for me as I just lost both of my parents to cancer, my father kept telling me not to give up that I would find the right car ...long story short Mike was very caring and understanding with everything I was going through...I felt like I was dealing with my own father who cared very much about me ......the first week of April 2016 Mike called me with an idea on a car that also in the end would not work out for me. My past used car buying experiences can be summed up by comparing them to voluntarily dropping myself into a tank full of sharks. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case at Warren Midtown Motors in Warren, PA. The salesman, Dan Lane, was terrific. No high pressure, helped us find what we wanted and saw to it that we got a great deal on a '09 Ford Escape XLT Sport with only 76,000 miles. The Escape was in awesome condition and Midtown Motors even took care of some minor servicing details that we requested they make before signing the papers (rear window wiper blade replaced and the rear bumper tightened up snug to the body). When I mentioned a clunking noise in the rear of the vehicle they even replaced a sway bar link. Overall: from salesman to purchase a great experience. Thank you Dan Lane and Warren Midtown Motors. We will go here again and we will recommend you to everyone.

My car buying experience with Midtown was fast, professional, and I highly recommend this dealership. I went in to look at a specific car I saw online but decided it wasn't the car for me. Mike Short listened to what I wanted and made a few suggestions. When I settled on a specific vehicle but it didn't have everything I wanted, Mike and Dan went out and found that particular model with all the extras that I wanted. The service department did an awesome job with my car. Glen Borton had recommended the service department to me when I needed an alignment on my car. I brought it in and Aaron Lyon did everything that was asked of him. The car came to the shop clean and left just as clean. This has not been the case with other shops, often finding new dirt and grim in the interior after taking it in for service but now with the Midtown Team. Prices were very reasonable for the work completed and it was finished in a timely manner. Will definitely be back in the future!

Needed to get my ac compressor fixed. Part was sourced quickly and installed when I returned for service. The work was completed quickly and correctly. No issues with the component since. They also did an alignment as well. Very good service department.

My Flex was at the dealership for a new car check, the techs found the battery was not up to snuff, they replaced it. Two day later the new battery was completely dead, call service dept. they got me a car to drive and got mine started and took it to the garage did a complete check another new battery. My Flex has run very well, my wife and I drove to Missouri without a min's trouble.

Today I purchased my third pickup truck from Midtown over the last 15 years or so. I've always enjoyed the Midtown Motors Team. I find them friendly, kind and helpful in all weathers. If you happen to have vehicular trouble they're always there for you... advice, repair, loaner, etc. Collectively, they're a team of problem solvers. I like that and that's why I keep coming back.About 2 or 3 weeks ago I was in for service. I talked to Vic and told him I'd soon be looking for another F150 truck. I had in mind a low mileage, late model ... possibly the new 2.7 L Super Crew with the new aluminum body. I always enjoy talking to Vic Valone. He gives you the straight talk and a hand shake. He said he'd work on it... and he did; So, here I am 2 or 3 weeks later with everything I wanted and asked for.Mike Curren took care of the financing and all the paper work, with no pain or hassle. The entire team took care of all the details and allowed me to enjoy the buying experience. Imagine that! Kurt is the guy you want to go to! He isn't just there for you when u buy the vehicle but also after you buy the vehicle. I am currently leasing a 2015 ford fiesta from these guys and I love it. My first choice was a Nissan Juke, but one couldn't be found for my price range though they looked their hardest. They worked with me on price and even helped me with contacting my insurance to look for a lower rate. This simple project took about 6 weeks to complete. The key is one with the cutting marks on the sides rather than ordinary teeth as most keys are. Mid-Town Service center sent in the key numbers and received back the wrong blank, this was repeated again and again the wrong blank was returned. The Service Manager stopped by my home and took pictures of the one original key I have, my drivers license numbers, birthdate etc to insure the key would be used by me and not some unauthorized person, sent this info in to his Service Center and this time the proper blank was returned, programed and is now my main key for the vehicle.

They would not give me any info on the truck because i was not there and im not going to drive 40 miles if its not in the price range that i want. I am from Erie county and Midtown is in Warren Pa, Warren county an hours drive for me. Had a 12:30 appointment for my first 5000 mi. oil change and state inspection.I left my house at 11:30 and I got there a few minutes early. First off I was told they couldn't do the inspection since I was from Erie county and Erie county requires an emissions inspection. That was rather disappointing but understandable. At 3:00 I went to the service desk and Aaron said they just finished it. Okay, 2 1/2 hours for a oil change, longer than expected but sometimes thing happen beyond anybody's control. When I left my Sync did not work so I pulled off the road and tried to re-connect wit no luck so I returned to Midtown and Aaron was not able to reconnect my Sync either. By time I got home it was 4:30. So I had 5 hrs. into an oil change wit 2 hrs. being driving. That leaves 3 hrs. for an oil change and the other things they do at 5000 miles. I will still return there for my service but in the future I will ask how much time to expect.

Went to Midtown to look at the 2016 Ford Escape. Kevin Cobb made arrangements for me to have an Escape for a couple days so I could get a feel for it. After driving it I decided it was the vehicle for me. Kevin was helpful with everything from information about the vehicle to the financing. While Kevin wrapped up the final paperwork which was a lot easier than I remember it from previous experiences, Mike Short went over all the features of the vehicle. He was very helpful and patient with my questions. My overall experience was so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Kevin Cobb when purchasing a vehicle, as well as Mike Short.

I had started this search at another dealer and was very frustrated that I was not getting any assistance or a call back. Vic and Midtown were referred to me by a colleague at work. Being a car person, I have high expectations for purchasing a vehicle. I was very pleased with the service I received from Kurtis Walter, the salesman in the initial stages and also in coming to an agreeable price without making it a degrading game which often happens. Everything went off smoothly including the financing which with lightning fast! I was treated with respect and came away feeling satisfied and pleased that I had purchased the vehicle. Over 10 months passed from my receiving notice that there was a safety recall on my vehicle to midtown motors telling me they had the parts to make my vehicle safe were in stock. Who would go to a dealership / auto manufacturer that takes customer safety so lightly? Never again.

Hi my name is woody, just recently my wife and I bought a f-150 from warren midtown motors. I new from past experience that when you buy a used vehicle that you never know what kind of headaches you may inherit. we drove the truck for a weak and began to hear some noise so I called and spoke with kevin and he assured me that he would do everything he had to do to make sure I was happy with my purchase and within a weak he had everything fixed and running perfectly. Had new rear rotors and pads replaced as well as other maintenance items done, they explained options on the rear brakes and in the end went with new rotors and pads, was not the cheapest option but I wanted to keep my truck stopping quickly. I was a mechanic for 22 years in the Navy so none of this was new to me but was very nice to hear the options available. In my opinion they have a pretty decent, friendly and informative maintenance shop, I will be back.

Recall fixed at no charge. Also checked other possible problems and gave me the "all good except alignment" so I asked about a winter tire sale. Ordered them and will get rebates to boot! I had a very unique situation going into looking for a vehcile. Jeremy was very up front and honest about every detail from the vehcile to the fiancing. I made the 2 hour trip after speaking its him through text message and on the phone. He had a vehcile picked out for me that he felt would best fit what I was looking for. went and looked for a used truck,they didn't have one like we wanted so Vic looked else where and found one! Then my husband had a medical emergency, and ended up in the hospital for 16 days. Vic and team held the truck for us. After all that we finally are the owners of a new (used) truck!! (My husband has yet to drive it but I like it!) We purchased front & rearmed flaps as well as front & rear rubber floor mats and had them installed. Also had balance & fade speaker switch checked and nothing was found wrong. Had sales person Andy G check it out with me and It is working but not as smoothly as another I have seen and tried.It takes many many touches some of the time and moves one click per touch other times. It did work much bearer for Andy but often times was not smooth and needed multiple touches but this is not something I would use very often. everything else works fine and we are enjoying our Edge very much so not concerned about the balance/fader not being perfect.Everyone I saw from the service manager to the front reception lady, as well as any other Mid TownEmployee were both friendly and professional and I respect & appreciate that. Also, Andy G shows as Much interest in us ow as when we were considering our purchase,he has stressed that he is availableFor any need that we may have, Mid Town is a class act!

So I started using Midtown due to my company truck being a Ford. Skip, Rob and Julie have always been awesome with getting me in and out. We started using them for repairs on our personal vehicles. Julie spent extra time with my wife to be sure she was getting just what she needed. Very Appreciated.We have gotten a few sets of tires on our vehicles through the dealership. They always take care of us on them. Skip and Rob always explain to me the repairs needed. They always tell me if it is going to take longer than expected or if a problem comes up.

Satisfied with the service, disappointed with FORD for the transmission problem, (this wants a min. wording) so, this is my 2nd car with an issue my 2004 ESCAPE had problems with the front wheel bearings changed them constantly like every 30,000 miles. This tranny may need an adjusment every oil change.

My family has been with Scott Fisher since he was at Ed Shultz and stayed with him through his transition to Midtown Motors. Scott would honestly do anything he possibly could for a customer. He is such a great, outgoing, and nice guy. He sold my dad his truck and both my mom and little brother their vehicles, as well. I absolutely love my vehicle! I got myself four wheel drive, a keypad door lock, and my middle cubby which were all my requirements for my new vehicle in a price range that I can afford. They were very quick, customer oriented, easy and positive to deal with. Unlike ed shults, (just up the road where i got my subaru) who took a VERY long time with paper work, were a bit pushy and didnt seem like the financial office knew what a time limit was, Midtown Motors took to a more professional aspect and a feel of "family" centered. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealer.

My 2012 F-150 EcoBoost started having transmission sensor issues after 50K miles - it could not decided what gear it was in once it warmed up, but intermittently. Mid-Town installed a data box that would capture data that the truck computer was missing. They gave a nice Ford Escape to drive while they repaired my truck. The truck is running fine and I can not say enough how the personnel helped me with solving the issues with my work and only vehicle. Mid-Town Motors is my dealership.

My wife had my F-150 out for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday and for the 2x in a row I was charged for the tire rotation I stopped back out but they told me I had to wait until the morning for the credit to be issued please advise when this is issued Few other notables 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation (made and appointment & advised they would wait for service) Was told lug nuts were split (6pcs) and needed replaced or vehicle would not be safe chrome caps were split not lug nuts - $41 for 6 lug nuts?!?! Should have been given the option to replace myself was told there is not a socket that fits the lug nut without it being hammered on (no further comment) 3rd time I have been very dissatisfied with having my f-150 serviced - $110 diagnostic test to find nothing wrong was the last incident emailed my comments on this never to receive an explanation customer service follow ups?? Going to be very difficult to bring any of my 3 fords back for service (2 of which I purchased there) Thank you for your time, I wasted 3 hours of mine yesterday -

I got stranded when I was leaving a store I was shopping at. My SUV started making a noise. So I took it to Midtown Motors to see if they can check it. when I pulled in the battery light came on so I asked the man behind the desk if he could check it for me and he politely said yes. when he looked under the hood he found no aultenator belt. He said they're real busy that day but they can try to get it done if not that day the next. they are the best guys. I have done business with them before and they are great.

Andy Georgakis went above and beyond both times we have dealt with Midtown Motors. He is always friendly and accommodating. When we arrived for our appointment, he had all of the information together for 2 cars we had seen and were interested in. He had us drive both vehicles and went over all of the features for each so we could compare them. everything was ready and waiting for us, we called and told Jeremy what we would like in a vehicle and he had the perfect car waiting for us to test drive. it met all our needs and the only thing we needed to do is test drive the vehicle and complete the paperwork. it all went excellent.

I was able to look online to see what I might be interested in. When I visited the dealership they showed me the vehicles I chose and we purchased our vehicle within a short time of being there. I went into the dealership mon July 20,with my brother in law. My concern as a customer was "they were going to not listen to what I wanted and could afford. I saw Scott and he actually listen 100% to everything I told him I needed and wanted in a vehicle. He took my information and did the credit check. Within 30 minutes of being there he brought up the vehicle I purchased and said to test drive it. To my knowledge and experience I loved it. He asked about test driving another car since there was another vehicle in my budget. I saw one thing needing fixed on the vehicle I purchased and they are fixing it at a local body shop whom I just happen to always use. Stopped into Midtown Motors this morning for state inspection and an oil change. Was greeted by Skip and a new fellow who did a good job getting me set up, no waiting around.While I was there I contacted Vic and set up a test drive of the new Escape, I took the car for several hours and got a good feel of the car.When they contacted me to let me know my truck was ready I went down and returned the Escape and while there had Vic hook up my new phone with the blue tooth on the truck.They always seem to have time to help you out and give you the information you request.

Glen Borton was my sales person, was a very patient kind individual, he kept his persistense with requesting what would make me happy/satisfied with the car I was looking at to buy...we did end up coming to an agreement and I purchased the car....the process was good. There was one thing said to me from a different person at this car dealer ( NOT GLEN) which was "we are here to make money" (probably said because we were going back & forth with the price)....first of all things like that should NEVER be said to a customer...but to be fair this person also said we also want to please our customers. As a customer we should be the number one concern, because without customers there would be no business...for those who don't know that any place of business is in business to make money truely just don't get it....a business should not want to send a message other then the satisfaction concerns of the customer....It was because of Glen at the end of this why I purchased the car..he is a great sales person that shows real care for the customer....

I contacted the seller regarding a 2007 Saturn Vue. I was informed that a buyer was negotiating to buy and that I would be informed if the sale was finalized. It has been more than a week since then, the car still shows that it is for sale, but I have not been contacted. If the car sold, it should be removed from the advertisement. If it did not sell, good customer service would have notified me that it is still available.

Just purchased my first NEW vehicle. My husband has shopped at Midtown, but we have never purchased there. He was so impressed with his experience with Scott Fisher that he suggested we shop with Midtown. Our new FORD ESCAPE is everything we expected it to be. Safe, fun to drive, great on gas, etc. The shopping / buying experience was LOW PRESSURE and ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE. Scott Fischer made us a reasonable offer on our trade and made the numbers work for us to drive away in our new Escape. We picked it up on a weeknight and I have to compliment Scott and Mike Curren, the Finance Manager. All the paperwork was ready to go and exactly as promised. Both Scott and Mike worked past normal business hours to help us finish the deal. Scott then PATIENTLY went through every aspect of the vehicle with us from windshield wipers to blue tooth set up. I was looking for a new or nearly new Ford Escape and fell in love with the Ruby Red color after I saw it. I contacted Midtown Motors and they happened to have a 2013 Escape that was Ruby Red and had low mileage. Scott Fisher showed me the car and was very helpful. I have never purchased a car with all of the bells and whistles that the Titanium model has and still learning after two months some of the features. Scott was very courteous and did not seem to pressure me into anything and has called to find out how I like my car and let me know that if I had any questions to make sure that I called hiim. I purchased at 2012 ford F150 last April from Vic Valone at Warren Midtown Motors. My grandparents recommended him since they have bought numerous vehicles from him and I was not disappointed. I contacted Midtown motors concerning a 2011 f350they had listed on their website. their dealership is about 200 miles away from where I live, but they had what I was looking for, a late model low miles, f350 diesel with an extend cab and an 8' box (very hard to find). none of my local dealers had any trucks like this. so after talking with the salesman numerous times by phone and by email we came to an agreed upon price. he kept saying he wanted the transaction to go smoothly and quickly so I could get back on the road and get home as soon as possible since I was traveling 200 miles. he told me the previous owner did hit a deer and there was a small dent in the right front fender which he sent me pictures of. I told him as long as the rest of the truck was clean and flawless I was ok with the price. he also agreed to change the oil, oil filter and the fuel filters. when I arrived at the dealer to inspect the truck there were a few issues. the tailgate was missing the plastic protective piece that goes across the top, there was a big scratch on the tailgate and the plastic skirting under the front bumper was loose and broken on the right side where the previous owner hit the deer. after some discussion the salesman agreed to drop the price $150. my wife and I looked over the rest of the truck and didn't see anything else related to the deer damage (we didn't look close enough). so we purchased the truck. the next day we got looking at the front bumper and noticed it had a small dent on the right side and it also was pushed back on that side and the plastic molding on top the bumper was broken. also the grill had a small crack in it. I also noticed on the copy of the service work order that the fuel filters were not changed. I guess I can accept some responsibility because I did not inspect the truck closely enough, but I was definitely mislead and lied to by the salesman both on the damage to the truck and the service that would be performed for me. I like the truck and the damage is not real noticeable. what really gets me is I was lied to by the salesman.

Kevin Ruttenbur is a calm, cool, collected man. He will treat you with respect.My daughter brought home a used jeep on a Friday. I felt it had some things that needed attention. So, Dad went back to the dealer with her on Monday to see what the dealer would do after the sale. That is when we met Kevin Ruttenbur. Long story short. We had a really good experience with all of the employees we dealt with at this dealership. Joe Dachille went above and beyond the norm to help us find the right car for us - he spent hours with us. He really wanted to help us out. Andy Georgakis obtained the financing for us and also went the extra mile to get us a reasonable interest rate. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Midtown Motors and have not bought from any other dealership in the last 15 years. When you go in to look the sales staff is helpful and friendly, but not pushy. I have never felt pressured there to make a quich decision as I have been in the past. The last cat I bought was a Lincoln MKX. At the time purchased this I was unsure of which car I wanted so the salesman, Dan Ruttenbur, was nice enough to allow me to take and keep each vehicle over night so I could drive them and see which one I wanted. I had never met Dan before this visit to the dealership and he had no idea who I was. I found Dan to be very personable and working with him was like working with a friend. It became time to retire my ailing 2000 Mercury Sable (I gave it to a granddaughter)and I phoned Randy Carlson. I knew Randy from a previous Ford dealership and he is a neighbor. Randy told me he was now with Midtown Motors and encouraged me to visit Midtown. There, Randy introduced me to Dan Ruttenbur. Dan is a polite, friendly, no pressure saleman who listened to my wishes. I told him I liked the Ford Edge and he kept is eye open for a good used vehicle with the features I hoped for. A few days later, Dan phoned me and I bought a used 2007 Ford Edge at a price I was willing to pay. I am certainly enjoying this vehicle. I have been back to Midtown for routine oil changes and also had a trailer hitch installed. Like Randy and Dan, the service folks are fine gentlemen and took good care of me and my Edge.

Scott has been very helpful since our first conversation. He went out of his way to find me the car that I wanted, and never tried to sell me one as a second choice. I have owned my car for 1 1/2 years now, and Scott still gives me personal help with any questions I have about the car. I rated the experience with such high ratings for a few reasons. First and foremost, the price was very competitive to other dealerships that I had considered (probably about 10 in the area). Also, a big selling point for me was the fact that Scott came in on a Holiday (Saturday during Labor Day weekend) to sell me the vehicle. I am not from the area, and this was necessary to complete the transaction. His willingness to take some of his personal time for that, was greatly appreciated!

We had just come from a Subaru dealership and couldn't seem to get an answer on prices. Plus the salesman was very loud. When we got to the Ford dealership, no one bothered us as we looked at the variety of vehicles on the lot. We went inside to get a salesman and got Joe. He was very nice, knowledgeable and honest. He was not pushy like the Subaru salesman. We asked to have the Escape put on hold and that was easy enough. We brought down two trade-in's and left with the Escape. The process was smooth and no hidden costs. I would reccomend this dealership.

Bo went above and beyond what I have seen any car dealer do, he knew what my limit was and still got me in the car I wanted. He also endured a lot from a family member and came out with his head held high and was still happy to help me and my sister. I would recommend Bo and midtown motors to all my family and friends. My Ford Explorer over heated. Midtown mtrs just closed I was able to contact them by cell phone. The team at Midtown Motors came to my aid within 30 minutes. Had another vehicle for me to drive. Vehicle had a bad fan assembly and is awaiting parts. I was 20 miles from their dealership when this occurred. Service and customer care is the reason I have had five Explorers and deal with Midtown Motors. No double talk straight up dealership.

My wife and I stopped at Midtown Motors just to look at a few Ford Edge's to see how much we liked them. Bo Crutchfield was the first one to come over and ask us how we were doing, if we needed any help, what exactly we were looking for, etc. He was extremely friendly and took us inside, explained all about the new Ford models, the systems they had in them, and what came standard in different models as well as the upgrades that were available. We also had a vehicle to trade in and he put it in the system and checked it out and told us what they could give us for it. Once we had all the information, we needed a couple days to figure out exactly what we wanted. Once we had decided I stopped another time to talk to Bo. We wanted a vehicle with features that currently were not on the lot so, he got online and found us the exact car that we wanted and it was in the price range that we could afford. We decided to buy the vehicle and Bo explained the different financing options as well as the Ford rebates that were available to us. The Edge we wanted was transferred to Midtown Motors from another dealeship within a few days which worked out perfectly because my wife and I couldn't both be there to trade her vehicle in and sign for the new one until 3 days later when we were both available. This is the first new vehicle my wife and I have ever bought and I will never go to a different car salesman than Bo. I doubt we spent more than just a couple hours with him and feel like we know him on a personal level. He was extremely honest with us and helped us get what we wanted at our convenience. We got a great vehicle at a great price, learned a lot about our new Edge, enjoyed working with Bo and are looking forward to working with him again. - Kurtis Walters

The one word that really stands out is thorough. Scott was thorough through the entire process. I shopped around to compare prices and although there wasn't a huge jump in savings, I did get the best deal with Scott. He made sure that I had all the necessary features with the car that I wanted. He went through what was available from Navi to wheels. He followed up with me during my deciding process. He was very reliable and I honestly did not have one hiccup in my process. You have a great, young talent with you.

My fiance and I have been trying to get a car for a while now. We have been denied three times and were about to try and take a morgage out on our home to get a car. Then my fiance called me at work and said a guy named Bo called from Midtown motors and wanted to try and help us get approved. I called him back when I got home from work and went over some things with him. I didn't really believe anything he was saying because of all the previouse denials we had gone through. He called me the next day and said I got you approved how quickley can you get here. I was still in disbelief.We went to Midtown after I got out of work and we drove home in a new car. I am very thankful that Bo help us and was willing to take the time and see what needed to be done in order for us to get approved. He has been the only one to acually try instead of just pushing us to the side because of our credit. Thank You Bo.

I had a hole in my tire, I took it to skip and he did a wonderful job i would not take my car anywhere else! I tried it myself with one of those do it your self kits and it just did not hold up!! I have purchased a few vehicles at Midtown. Sometimes dealerships grow with time and loose that "small" home town feeling and customer service. It's nice to know that even though they are not "small" anymore, the same old friendly and courtious way of doing business has not been forgotten and "passed by" for a "big" dealership attitude and sales philosophy. If you ask my oppinion, they come recommended with a five star rating.

From the minute we walked in the door the sales people were so nice, that is not what I expected. Jeremy Bickling was my salesman and he was awesome to work with and made my wife feel as though her input was important, she was impressed that she even got a free hat.We had a mix up about the tonneau cover but Jeremy took care of it without a problem and wanted me to be pleased with the outcome, not something I expected once the deal was done. I will surely recommend him to may friends and family. The only negative was when we went to do the final paper work we could'nt believe the main office area, Ripped furniture, and so on. Like being in my garage. That is not the impression you want to leave with. I hate to think what the garage area looks like. Over all a very easy transaction. Thanks Jeremy!!!

Bo is a huge asset to your business. He made this the easiest purchase I have ever made for a vehicle. Bo went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale and every thing that was asked of him. I have been buying vehicles from Vic and Midtiwn Motors for over 14 years now. I would not even consider going anywhere else. My mom and kids buys their cars from Vic now as well. They are are great place to business with.

Our dealings with Midtown have been exceptional. Jeremy developed a very fair price for us and has been nothing but helpful since the deal closed. We intend to visit Jeremy and Midtown motors first if we ever are inclined to replace our fabulous ford fusion!

After visiting several dealers in NY and PA we ended up at Midtown Motors. Scott Fisher was awesome. He listened to what we were looking for and put us in the truck we wanted, not what he wanted to move. The level of professionalism was outstanding from Scott and Mike Curren. I drove to Midtown Motors with my husband so that he could order his new truck, with no intentions of buying a car for myselfuntil I saw that Candy Red Edge sitting in the front row of there parking lot. Scott is a wonderful salesman. No pressure, but made the buying experience fun. Very upfront, no games with prices back and forth. From the beginning to the end everyone I met there was very friendly and professional. I got right on the phone called my daughter, recommended Midtown Motors to her. So last Thursday my husband ordered a truck, Friday I bought that beautiful Candy Red Edge and today my daughter and son-in-law bought their brand new Ford Ranger. So Scott Fisher keep up the good work! You won our Family for sure. Jim has been bragging you folks up for some time, now I know why! I will recommend Midtown Motors to all my friends! We knew what type of vehicle we wanted when we went to Midtown Motors, Kevin spent a lot of time with us making certain that we got exactly the car we were looking for - with the precise options, color, etc. that we wanted (and none that we didn't). Kevin spent a lot of time with us and has followed up with us to make sure we are happy. We appreciate the "new owners" nights that the dealership offers as well.

this is the place to go for new and used vehicles. i have tried to work with other dealerships and found midtown the dealership that makes the customer feel valued. i don't like the typical games that most auto dealers play. i want the best vehicle for the fairest price with no nonsense. i don't have time to waste. we have purchased 5 vehicles in 4 years and will continue to come back as long as scott and kevin stay put. when you spend the money for a new vehicle, you want to feel like you matter, at least for a short time. my experience with midtown allows me that privelage. scott and kevin r. have never been too busy to take my call which i greatly appreciate. this is one of the many reasons i return for myself, my friends and family. thanks for the great service.mae

We chose this rating because Jeremy worked very hard to find us the kind of car we were looking for at a price we could afford. Joe was very frendly. He showed my wife and myself the new 2012 model, we selecteda 2012 Escape. We purchased the automobile and Joe was very Knowlegeable of all paper work required for the sale. Joe also helped set up the Syn System and explained the controls. He also made follow-up calls to see how the car was operating. He also said to call at any time if we needed assistance with any questions we may have.Very satisfied service, and have no questions at this time.

I bought a new Explorer from him and thought he was quite professional in his explaining the incredible technology behind this car with the MyTouch system in it. I was a fool when my 1996 Blazer (still runs bad frame) gave out with 300000 miles on it I needed a new car I saw this dealership was having a big sale trying to empty the used car lot. I went there the dealership was using M&T finance people as salesmen. Mine was very nice but the deal was HORRIBLE! I found a 2005 Buick Rendezvous with 48000 Miles on it I drove it and liked it. I had to go home to get my wife and they insisted I take the Rendezvous and I did. My wife drove it to the dealer and liked it. First of all they were asking $23000 for a 3 year old car that had almost 50000 miles on it and the only options it had was a sunroof and versatrak awd. They SAID they would sell it to me for $15000. we signed and around 11 pm they released the car, i don't want to forget I put an extended warranty on it not knowing there was a $200 deductable on top of the outragisly priced warranty. We were at the dealership when the Rear hatch strap broke and they never fixed it. By time the paper work and everything was done it was late and we were tired. We never saw all the documents but when I was walking out from the showroom I saw the guy sticking an envelope in the car but I forgot all about it. Fast forward a year and a half I have had over 30 problems with the car and we were cleaning out the car the other day and found an envelope hidden under the rubber thing in the glove comparment. I opened it and found a paper form the night we bought we spent over $30000 on this lemon. I will never deal with them again.
