I brought my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told my brakes were at 5 and 5 on the front and 3 and 3 on the back and I had time to get them changed. 12 hours later (on a road trip that I told the service person that I was going on) I had grinding on one rear brake. After a 3 day trip I ended up with a 0mm brake and no rotor on one side in the back and a 2mm brake on one side of the front. I was told that something must have started slipping to cause this. Miraculously it only started slipping after they rotated my tires. I have only had my truck serviced at Cadillac and I will not let anyone outside of Cadillac touch it again.

Walser has a no negotiating, one low price sales process. I asked if they could do better than displayed on the window and the sales man said, "No." I then shopped around and found the same vehicle for MUCH less at another dealer. It was virtually identical; same colors, same options, had a spare tire as opposed to run flats on the Walser car but had fewer miles! My advice, shop around.

I am very happy. This was my very first brand new car. I arrived and looked around with no sales person breathing down my neck, for me this was a huge plus. It gave me the opportunity to make my own choice. As I walked up to the entrance I was greeted warmly by Hilarie. She did all the paper work to get my purchase done. She was gracious and didn't do a hard sell on extras I didn't want. When my car was detailed and fueled up, she walked out with me to show me features and explained them, plus questions I had. Then she helped sync my phone to the blue tooth for hands free calls. I really enjoyed my experience without feeling the big sales pitch.Also when I was web searching for cars, Walser in Bloomington had by far the best prices, at least $5000 grand less then local dealers in my neighborhood.I did their email review, but wanted to place another to share my review here.Thank you so much, I love my Encore!

We purchased a 2014 gmc serria, and when the salesman went to get the truck ready for delivery and came back to sign the papers there wa no mention that the front passenger floor mat was missing. Then when we were getting in the truck to leave he was totally surprised that we were dissatisfied that it was missing. I guess your not family after you sign the paper. Nothing they would do. Very dishaearting because though out the buying process they were like if you find something not right let us know. The buying process was great but probably won't ever go back.

Had new tires & brakes installed. Service advisor recommended a few other things but declined at this time. Left my vehicle at the shop first thing in the morning, took their courtesy shuttle to work, went back and picked up the vehicle at noon. An overall great experience.

One of the sales reps, Cassie Schwartz, spoke with us about the lease of the Buick Encore. She was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. The appraisal manager was fair and honest about the trade-in. The dealership was very clean looked great.

I bought a truck from them roughly 3 months during the winter. They said they put new tires on the tuck which they did but the tires were way to big so they rub on my control arms now. None of the wheels were balanced so between 40-50mph it would shake you to death. They also failed to tell me that the fender flares that were on the truck were not put on by the previous owner they were put on at the dealership to cover up the rusted out side of the bed. I wasn't able to test all of the windows during the test drive because they were frozen shut, when the ice melted I went to go test the windows again one of them didn't work. My sunroof leaks. It started leaking diesel right after I bought it that was $3000 to fix. My radiator was clogged had to get a new one. None of my tires had the proper amount of air in them. Had to get new rear shocks because those were leaking too. They didn't even have the common curtesy to reset the oil light when they did the oil change. What kind of business lies to their customers face, they told me they did a 125 point inspection more like a one point inspect, make sure it starts. They were also asking about $1500 more that what the vehicle was worth, they wouldn't even negotiate. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I spent $31,000 I expect a little bit more honesty and better service. I met someone that bought a brand new Buick there, his motor blew up with 25,000 miles on it and they gave him hassle when he told them what happened absolutely ridiculous. I have no idea how Walser Buick GMC is still in business.

Ahhhhhh, Josh saved the day! After being crabby with my options and salespeople at previous dealerships that day we took a break, had lunch, said a prayer and drove to Walser Buick. Josh greeted us at just the right time with his wonderful demeanor and personality and asked the right questions that put us at ease right away. I test drove the Enclave and fell in love with the car. It had the perfect combinations of what I wanted and also my husbands wants. Josh was very friendly, personable and informative throughout our time spent there that day. I left with a car I loved, a sales person whom I enjoyed and would recommend and a lease that fit our budget and desires! Happy girl!! I was very disappointed with the lack of service I received at Walser. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze LT through Walser and have owned it for under 3 months. Recently, my infotainment display unexpectedly experienced malfunctions and has not been able to work properly; it continues displaying a distorted screen with no capability of seeing any display information. The XM radio, FM, and controls are still functional, so it should be evident that the screen or interphase cables are defective. I would also assume that this is a manufacturing defect, which I don't believe a paying customer should be responsible for covering costs. Right?9AM: I brought my car to the Walser service center and before I could even explain the problem, I was informed that they would charge me $100 for diagnostics. I proceeded in getting my car diagnosed because I was told it would take about an hour to diagnose and, honestly, what other choice did I have? 11AM: Two hours passed and I was finally notified that they were still unsure of the issue and that they were going to have to charge an additional fee of $70 to extend the diagnostics. Again, with very few alternatives, I was forced to continue the tests. At this point, I have spent $170+2hrs of time away from work. I should also add that there were at least 5 Walser employees sitting around taking to each other and clearly not doing anything.3PM: Six hours passed and I was still waiting for any updates on my car. At this point, I was at work and tried calling Walser to get any updates. The receptionist told me she would have someone from the service deptartment contact me back within 5 minutes.4PM: Seven hours passed and updates were still pending. At this point, It was an hour of waiting for a phone call from Walser, what should have taken 5 minutes to respond. Luckily, I was finally able to talk to the service manager and was told that they STILL weren't sure on the problem; they narrowed it down to 2 parts. He told me an interphase cable would cost $50 and was still trying to get a quote on the screen.4:15PM: I received another call Walser, now telling me that the cable was going to cost $335 and could not promise that would resolve the issue. He said if that doesn't work, the screen would likely need to be replaced at a cost of $440. My invoice is now at $945. Fortunately, they dropped the additional diagnostic fee, but my bill was still nearing $1000. This is an estimate I am stuck with from Walser. Other then the additional diagnostic fee, they basically told me that they could not do anything to help. I am passed my manufacturing warranty, so they aren't going to do jack xxxx to help with the cost. They told me there cars can be unpredictable and things like this may not be seen during inspection. They are either conducting poor inspections, lacking preparation for cars to be sold, or there are manufacturing defects in the Chevy infotainment displays. I understand warranties, but I believe an issue like this should be surveyed with more thought on there end. My advice to you is to avoid being roped into buying a vehicle for Walser, because once you sign for a car you will be neglected from Walser on any issues that arise... Even after 3 months.

We drove in with our 2007 Saturn Ion. It had recalls that still needed to be addressed and beyond that it was in need of a few repairs. I became embarrassed because the Saturn was choking and sputtering like crazy when I brought it in! Haylie Roedel was the first person we saw driving in and we showed her the 2014 Buick Lacrosse that we were interested in. We went for a test drive and actually ended up purchasing the Lacrosse. We are so happy to be out of that unsafe Saturn! We feel like we were treated very well by Haylie and she did a great job explaining the Walser Lifetime Warranty along with other protection packages to help keep our new purchase looking good and running well. There were some scratches on the wheel caps and I wasn't happy to purchase the car like that. Haylie and the gentleman that tested the Saturn ordered me 2 new wheelcaps and when my Weather-tech mats arrived, they were both there at the door to greet me when I arrived. They also thanked me for buying my new car when I arrived. We've had no troubles yet with our new purchase and Peace of mind now with the extened warranty . We've had family who purchased from Walser and this was my first experience. The pricing was fair and I'd be happy to recommend Walser to others who are in the market for a vehicle.

I just came in to "kick the tires". I really liked the SUV I owned, but was considering downsizing to a smaller SUV. I looked at two other dealers for smaller SUV, then stopped at Walser on a fluke. I drove the Buick Encore and was impressed. Walser's guaranteed low price with no bartering was refreshing. They made me a trade offer I could not refuse. I bought the car within 1 1/2 hours of stopping to look. Average rating on the facilities since they were undergoing a remodeling.

The experience was poor quality. The vehicle that we contacted the dealer about we reserved a time to see. The vehicle was not available or sold when we showed up so we were set up with an alternate vehicle (with a much higher price tag) and test drove it. We applied for financing and sat for over an hour without much more than "they're still working on it". No specific answers, and all around waste of time. My partner and I (both of us female) felt like we took last priority in this dealership. I had previously been a secret shopper to this dealership and had much better experiences then, however this time, I was really disappointed. Needless to say, after not a single update from the dealer, we purchased a vehicle from a competing dealer who was able to find financing for us thru Capital One (not a problem at all) and had timely updates and communication high above Walser's. Add to the experience Zack and Kevin who made our purchase even better. All of them made us feel as though we were a friend not a customer. We hated to actually buy the car since we would not be back for a while to see them again. I know we were not an easy customer to work with, indecisive on which car, trade or not to trade and my travel schedule made the experience last more than a couple weeks. Very courteous staff. Almost as soon as you drive into the service bay someone is there to greet you, find out your needs, and take care of those needs as they are able. You have a choice of staying and waiting for your car repairs to be finished or there is a shuttle to take you home to wait. Just all around great service. I always feel well taken care of by the staff at Walser.

We stopped in to test drive a vehicle. Jack Michael showed us around, answered all my questions, was very patient with me and was an absolute delight to work with. We test drove three cars and I fell in love with the third car. Rob gave me a great trade in value and Brian creatively worked the numbers with me to get me in the exact car I wanted without sacrificing any upgrades. It was an excellent experience all around! We purchased our Nissan Armada from Walser because it is a trusted name in the Twin Cities. We were made to feel warm and fuzzy about our purchase by being sold a vehicle which has been "fully inspected" and we were also given a carfax report. Although we felt that they were hustling us a bit on our trade, we were excited to be purchasing a brand of vehicle was love from a name we trust. Within 6 months we have already had thousands of dollars worth of repairs on this vehicle including but not limited to: bad valve stems on the tires with constant sensor errors, blown transmission gasket, muffler fell off completely, air conditioning has never worked (we purchased in winter so didn't know), transmission slips and doesn't fully lock car in park, and now electronic display is locked up, . It seems another day another problem and every time we make a call we are told that it is just too bad. No apologies or attempting to salvage our customer relationship. They also dropped the ball multiple times in regards to our remote start purchase. As a business owner myself, I could never imagine treating a customer with such disregard and running from the issues at hand. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My low tire light had come on over the weekend. I arrived first thing in the morning on Monday, having also realized that I was due for an oil change. I had not scheduled a service appointment. Jaimie was able to get me in for an oil change and still out within the time stated ... a little over an hour. He also checked for recalls, etc. He kept me informed as to the status of the job. Just great service.

I came to get a car wash. When the driver came back with the car he said the right headlight was out. I told him that I would like to get it fixed right away so he drove it into the entrance bay and a customer care person took over immediately and got the headlight replaced in about 1/2 hour. Kevin Black was excellent. Very likable, friendly, trusting and provided a fair price on my trade in. I really enjoy the Acadia Denali. I towed a 2009 Chevy Impala 1300 miles without a problem. My vehicle started experiencing problems over the weekend. While I did not have an appointment, I showed up at your dealership at 6:15 AM Monday. And while the service area does not open until 7 AM, they opened the door to allow me in. After going through the check in phase, I don't think I waited more than five minutes for the shuttle driver to drive me back home. I was home by about the same time that the service area normally opened!! Great service indeed! Thanks to Dave R and Steve the Shuttle Driver. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism.

Always get very good service. If I had one suggestion, it would be that a service rep could update you within about a 1/2 hour beyond when your car was originally estimated to be done, if it is taking longer than that.

Overall very good experience. Professional staff that treated us well. Very satisfied with the fair price and fair dealing with our trade-in. Only complaint is that the process took nearly five hours - we had placed a deposit to hold this vehicle and had a pre-arranged appointment with the salesman waiting on us when we arrived and it still took almost five hours. As parents of little children there needs to be a way to speed up the process.

For the distance that I had to come, it would have been helpful to me, and would have helped to speed things up a little, if the vehicle could have been "detailed" when I arrived, since there were some marks and scratches that I had concerns with before I was going to finalize the sale. When I arrived I felt a bit lost (and I am not a new customer). I exited my car and made eye contact with several staff members but it took quite some time for someone to take ownership of my arrival and greet me. Was uncomfortable and not what you would want. After that, the service and people were great. I am still working to regain confidence from a couple of past service experiences so recommending you completely (10) is not where we are at yet. That being said, I do not hesitate to recommend Walser in general.

Quick drop off experiences so I was able to get on with my day quickly. Good follow up with assigned work completed, plus reporting extra findings which they were able to also fix while vehicle was already in the shop. The Walser environment makes these dealerships (GM/Toyota experiences so far) my preferred dealer for sales and service.

The service department has been excellent and would recommend them. However the vehicle I was sold has been quite a disappointment. Hence, the lower score on recommendation is based on the dealership. I was told that there was a thorough inspection process for your used vehicles and I have had nothing but continuous fixes since leaving the lot. Thank goodness I purchased my own seperate warranty from my bank or this would have caused major financial issues. 12 significant repairs in just over the 1st year, starting the 2nd week I pulled off the lot. My service engine light came on while I was driving so I stopped in thinking I would probably have a to wait my turn since I didn't have an appt. But you agreed to look at it right away & I soon had an answer and my car was fixed by evening. If I look back over my previous vehicle purchasing experiences, this was by far the best. I didn't feel pressured to buy add-ins that I didn't want. They were fair and honest about my trade-in. Everyone was accommodating and very patient meeting my requirements. We had some issues with the title on the trade-in and they helped me through what steps needed to be completed as well as what to except. They provided a positive and friendly environment. All of these factors lead to the purchase process being stress free.

As I said in the first survey I took, there were a couple of hitches at the beginning and end of my visit; but the middle - the actual service part - was excellent. There was a wait at the entrance with several cars parked in front of a closed entrance. And, I had to wait for my keys after my car was ready. The actual service was done well and in less time than expected. Evidently I just hit an unusually busy period.

I wish the accuracy of how long the work would take was better. I had an appointment and was on time. I was told the replacement of one strut was about 30 mins. I also had RECALL item passenger side airbag and some Radio adjustment. Totallying 4 hours????. I was offered my report to be mailed to me after a verbal explanation so I could get on my way. Appreciated that. All else went well, I was satisfied overall.

In & out in the time that was promised On a different note I need to bring up the poorly designed right front seat heater in my 2013 Acadia. The back works fine the seat part barley warms. I am told it is the fault of a thick membrane airbag sensor. We live in Minnesota where the heated seat is hardly an option... especially after this winter.With all the other recalls this year at GM and Toyota why not sneak a simple design change in along with another more major or safety concerned recall....no one would even be aware.

The check-engine light diagnosis service was done quickly. The service is too expensive in my opinion. The parts needed to fix the problem were on-site, so they were installed right away. Once the work on the vehicle was done, I was able to leave without having spent too terribly long in the waiting area overall. Once I went to leave, I was parked in (vehicle was blocked) by another car needing to be serviced. It took several more minutes before a service department person moved that vehicle so I could leave.

I brought my car in for it's routine oil change and asked if I could test drive a Terrain as it is something I am looking at for the future and had read some negative comments on it and wanted to check it out for myself. One of the comments dealt with visibility from the back window and I am only 5' 2". Dave took me to Matthew and Cassandra who let me test drive a beautiful Terrain and answered all my questions. I even asked what my car might be worth as a trade or would I be better selling it outright. I have a 2003 Impala LS with 115,000+ on it. Overall, I am very please with the Walser GMC/Buick dealership on American Blvd. in Bloomington, MN. My only complaint is this. When I first called to schedule a service appt. I was on hold long enough that I finally hung up and called back a second time. During my second call, I was again placed on hold and then had to call back for a third time because ther person on the telephone did not know how to transfer my call. Please know, each person I spoke with over the telephone was very polite. This is a minor thing to me, but might agner someone else. Thanks for your time.

Everyone was great to work with and we could not be happier with the vehicle.In assisting you with your Quest For Excellence...in how can we take our service to a higher level...I will compare our experience with a recent purchase of another vehicle (a used Lexus that was half the price of this vehicle).On that purchase...the car went through a complete detail which would rival the level of attention when washing/detailing of my own vehicles, immediately before we arrived to pick it up. The salesman's words were...I want this car to be absolutely perfect! And it was.On our GMC...there was a lot of work being done by outside sub contractors...spray in liner...hard tonneau cover installed, etc. When the truck came back from installing the tonneau, the workers that did the install...left a LOT of sand / footprints in the bed...which in my opinion...if it were me...I would have cleaned up...and they forgot to replace the bed mat...twice...first when they removed it for the liner and second when they had the vehicle again for the tonneau. A return trip had to be made back to the dealership to pick it up.I would recommend the subs be instructed / required to have a check list procedure to ensure that the quality standards are met and maintained. And that there be a similar procedure when it comes back to the dealership.Thanks!

Overall we had a good experience. It started off great, then got a little rocky but ended up working out fine. While doing a final inspection of the Regal we noticed several dents in the roof. At that time Joe said there was hail damage. After discussions Joe agreed to have it fixed. We just felt that should have been disclosed as what if we didn't catch it until after we left or a few days later. I'm having a sunroof installed next week and the damage will be fixed after that. Ryan F. has been great and since I showed him the $250 price difference from the dealership charge for the sunroof and if I just went straight to the Sunroofs Etc myself They matched the price. I still love my Regal. Also, Kelly in service is wonderful.

Torey was a difference maker. He was very knowledgeable about the GMC Terrain. We appreciated his style: he knew his product, and he could answer any questions that came up, but he was still approachable. We liked that he could sell us on the vehicle without making it a hard sell--he was never pushy or aggressive. He didn't have to be, because we liked the car, and he was able to recognize that. We truly liked working with him. The final paperwork took awhile to complete, but he made sure it flowed well. He was humorous and patient with us. He also took time to set up our phones on the blue tooth, and set up a couple radio stations. Awesome customer service!

Special order, disappointed because incentive rebates presented at sale expired before delivery. Sale was also delayed because dealer initially failed to follow buyer instructions on title paperwork. Truck interior was not clean when presented to buyer. Overall experience good, we would buy from Walser again.

not having a basic part (strut) in stock for a 2013 Enclave was a bit annoying, as I waited 1 hour after they identified the problem ( with scheduled apptt time) before I learned this part is not available and I had already lefft the dealership for another appointment (via your shuttle service) and had to have the shuttle come right back to get me. the ordering time for this part I was told by service advisor Kelly could be a few days/ month or more but it was safe to drive the vehicle. I appreciated the shuttle service so I could get to my dentist, but why didn't they try to call the shuttle guy ( Kelly serv tech) knew just after we pulled away he said. Now I will still have this problem ongoing and the vehicle will not be available for 6 weeks. Not a good resolution.

Called in to make an appointment a few days prior. I told the what was needed. The appointment was scheduled. When I arrived they needed to send out for the part. Luckily the wait for the part was short. I believe when someone makes a specific appointment, there should be an automatic mechanism to assure that the part is available for that appointment or that the appointment should be made after the anticipated delivery of the part. Again my wait was minimal, but I believe that the process could be improved.

I had my transmission repaired under factory warranty. Not only did I get a ride home when I dropped my Z71 off, they also came to where I work in Minneapolis and brought me to my vehicle when the work was completed. They even put a couple gallons of gas in it because the gas light was on when I dropped it off, but it wasn't on when I picked it up and drove away. In fact, it never came back on at all, before I got to the gas station. No charge either, the entire bill was free. Now that's good, honest, business folks.

Again, the passenger seat heater issue is a design flaw not a dealer issue. I have been in contact with your service mgr. and he assures me that something is in the works ??Not to keep beating this dead horse any longer but I do hope these surveys are passed along to GM...plain & simple had we known about the seat heater issue we would NOT have purchased this 2013 Acadia, the 13 Buick has no problems according to a friend to owns one, I do not know about the Chevrolet. I have always trusted the people at Walser. I first met Andrew three years ago and feel that I am a loyal person, and after I have experienced the excellent service at Walser, I will be loyal customer for life. I have purchased 3 vehicles from GMC Walser and could not be happier.

I take my vehicles to your location to be repaired and trust all the service advisers I have had. I tried buying a car there before but just didn't have what I wanted and they couldn't get it in. I would still go back to them when its time to buy again.

I am very pleased with the entire staff at Walser. This includes everyone from the receptionist to the courtesy driver. Thanks Steve, the shuttle driver, for always being courteous and very helpful and for going the extra mile to get me to my appointments and back when I come in for service on my vehicle. Your service rep at the desk was very very welcoming, very informative and took the time to explain the process as it was my first time using your service department. When I came into Walser I seriously wasn't expecting to be leaving with a new vehicle. I had attempted on 2 separate occasions to purchase a vehicle elsewhere and it didn't happen, and the dealership did nothing to try to work with me. Kevin Black and the staff were very nice, they walked me through everything and were very courteous. I have never felt more at ease and felt the process of purchasing a vehicle to be so painless. My hats off to Kevin and the sales team for the excellent service. I was extremely satisfied and impressed with their service. I definitely recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. My family and friends have already been well informed of my satisfaction with Walser Buick GMC.

Having bought 3 cars at Walser, we experienced the same high level of professionalism we have enjoyed in the past. Our salesperson was very attentive and friendly. He made our options clear and pricing specific. The value of our trade-in was based on comparable sales presented to us. Our salesperson followed up after the sale to be sure everything was OK. I recommend Walser to everyone in the market for a car.

We've purchased 3 new cars at Walser. Their prices are clear, including trade-in evaluation/value. The salespeople are salaried, attentive and friendly. Our new car had a very minor issue which the service department handled quickly. Our salesman followed up a day or two after we accepted the car to be sure everything was OK. We will buy from Walser again.

Walser has disappointment me for the last time. I have purchased several vehicles from them over the years and used to think there was no other place in town to shop, only to have their service department and sales staffs become an embarrassment and a joke. The service department cant fix anything on the first try (and in most cases subsequent tries) and unless they are selling you a car, most salespeople wont even look at you. Today was the final straw. I went to Walser GMC Buick in Bloomington. The first thing notice is what a cluster their parking is that dealership is a mess. While trying to work on getting through the narrow driveway between the building and their used cars, a salesman almost hit me trying to race through with a Buick Encore didnt even look at me as he came 5 inches past my window, then he did again 3 minutes later!! Then there is the rest of the wonderful sales and reception staff; I was there to look at a new Acadia, I walked in and there was a salesperson (I assume) standing at reception talking to the receptionist, he turned around and almost looked like he was going to ask me if he could help me, but decided to walk away instead. I told the receptionist that I wanted to see if one of the Acadias from their website was still there. She looked around and said Im sorry; I dont think I can find anyone. She then asked me if I had a stock number and I said I would have to look it up on their website and pulled out my phone. I stood there for a couple of seconds until I realized that she was actually waiting for me to look it up rather than offering to do it for me. I said to her so you dont have a salesman that can help me? to which she replied no, sorry. I said I would come back when there was someone available; all she said was okay. I of course am NEVER going back to Walser again. What car dealership in their right mind lets a customer walk out the door without letting anyone talk to them, especially someone that wanted to buy a car!?!?!?!?! I would recommend you avoid them like they were selling toxic waste.

My car buying experience was exceptional! The employees were friendly and did their absolute best to get me into a vehicle in my price range and one that I love. Even after I bought my car, they were willing to help me understand my options and learn how to navigate through all of them so I could operate everything correctly. I have already referred my parents and would advise anyone looking for a car to check out the Bloomington Walser Buick dealership They were awesome!

Everyone at Walser is great. We had a amazing experience with Matt Cardenas purchasing a car. He still answers any questions for me and is extremely helpful. I would use him again in a heat beat. It was a very refreshing experience compared to other dealerships.

To Whom it may concern,I hadn't purchased a new vehicle since 1999, my homework was complete I was ready to do battle. Much to my surprise the battle never occurred, we struck a chord first time around just like the sales man said he would (best price right up front). Every question answered in great detail, never felt pushed or hurried we were there to taken care of from the first person who greeted us at the door to the follow-up call from the salesman after the weekend. I received a fair price for my two older trade ins. but I still needed to satisfy myself that this was indeed the right deal. I went to another GMC dealer in the twin cities area, did my due diligence. I went through the entire process again with two vehicles to trade on a new Acadia, again the sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, actually did a little better on the trades, but couldn't come close when it came to the warranties that Walser offered. The 100%" drive train" and the life of the vehicle "bumper to bumper" extended warranty was a major concern especially with the amount of electronics in these vehicles today.( it was now my turn to take care of the car).This car buying experience was truly fun, I actually looked forward to it after the first discussion at Walser, an opportunity to make new friends, a chance to talk to different people at the dealership a time to peek into the service area, customer waiting area etc. clean & neat just like I expected it to be. We are so happy we chose to go to Walser for our recent vehicle purchase. Our salesman, Torey Flategraff was absolutely amazing to work with. We purchased a GMC Acadia Denali. Torey was so knowledgeable on every aspect of the vehicle. He knew the vehicle inside and out. As first time Acadia owners, we were full of questions. There isn't one question Torey couldn't answer. He was not pushy in closing the sale, he assured it was exactly the vehicle we wanted. This was our first time purchasing through Walser. Needless to say, we will recommend Walser and Torey to our friends and family and we will never shop around for another salesman or dealership again.

when we bought the car it had less than 2,500 miles on it, in two days my husband noticed a small rear leak. they refused to fix it, told us we could return the car or buy the extented warranty. we spent 20,000 for the car but for a 200 repair they have totally ruined the entire experience and the good will. steer clear, the minute they have your money they will not give you the time of day.

What a great group of guys to deal with! I'm not a fan of buying a car (it's right up there with a root canal) but Tim and Rob did a great job of NOT putting any high pressure on me and finding what I wanted . When I was undecided as to which vehicle trim type I wanted, Tim told me I should get what I wanted to and he would help me find it. I had originally spoke with Rob last fall (my husband had purchased a car from him a year prior to that) and he teamed up with Tim to make sure the transaction went smoothly and to my satisfaction. He also walked me thru the final process of paperwork, keeping my time spent waiting to a minimum (another big plus!!). I was walked thru the different nuances of my Terrain and left with a fantastic new car. Tom made the trade in process easy and I was pleasantly surprised at the value he gave me for my car. A GREAT experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and asking for Tim and Rob!

My wife and I have purchased three used vehicles from this dealership over the past several years. A Trailblazer, Mercury Marque and a Grand Caravan. It started with the Trailblazer which we had a 4 year 50,000 mile warranty we added to it at the time of purchase. Well worth it, not because the vehicle was bad but because over time (had some miles on it to begin with) expensive things can happen. But because of the stellar service experiences we have had we actually purchased an additional 4 year extended warranty when that warranty ran out. If you want to be treated Fairly, with Respect and pay a reasonable price you can't go wrong with this organization. We even have the Mercury Marque serviced there despite the fact they are a GM dealer. I can't say enough about their work and customer service. Once you have found a great doctor you keep them for life. Try this GM Dealership once and you'll never go anywhere else again.

Matt Cardenas is awesome! He made me feel comfortable by being professional and attentive. The manager Bob Julian was extremely helpful and made sure I got the best deal on my 2013 Terrain! I am so happy with my Terrain and I am so happy I chose Walser. I feel confident that any future service (oil changes, car washes) will go well. My experience with Matt Cardenas and Walser is by far the best I have ever had!

I had the best time buying a car ever at Walser Buick GMC in Bloomington. I was buying a "gently owned" SUV and it was like new, so clean! The guys I dealt with, Dan, Matt and Bob were really knowledgeable about my vehicle and with all the high tech stuff I was a little intimidated until they sat me down and walked me through how everything works. I left feeling so happy about this experience, and being a young working female I wasn't sure what to expect when I went in, I was trusting other happy customers that posted online to be honest. They were!!! Nice, nice, nice experience and I LOVE my SUV and the payment!!! Thanks everyone!

I have travelled to see three vehicles in the last few years only to find that they "JUST SOLD" apparently. Then there was the attempt to sell a similar vehicle. i personally feel that they bait people with good prices online, perhaps sell the vehicle, then purposely leave the ad to lure you there. Not impressed!

The gentlemen were kind, and professional. The facility was clean. I was offered a cold water bottle on a hot summer day. I was very delighted.

We have a history of buying cars from Walser and have always had a good experience. Our sales person, Dan Jackson, was excellent in that he was knowledgeable, very straight forward and is an excellent sales representative. We will definitely return to Walser because of their "Walser Way" pricing because it simplifies time spent in buying a vehicle and the trust value is increased. No haggle pricing sounds nice, but only when competitive pricing is used to begin with. This dealer gave me pricing that was slightly cheaper than other dealers listed postings. After negotiating with a few other dealers the Walser pricing was three thousand dollars higher than the others with the trade, and $4500 over the one I purchased for identical cars. Their no haggle pricing is only set up to benefit them, in no way is the buyer benefiting from this.

Matt Cardenas was an excellent salesperson. We reviewed vehicles online and found one specific vehicle and submitted an e-mail request to him. He immediately returned our e-mail and also contacted us via telephone. Given our distance 90 miles away and an impending snowstorm, he spoke with his supervisor and allowed us to put down a deposit on the vehicle until we could get to the dealership. He continued to stay in contact with us and had financing in place the day prior to our arrival. When we arrived, the vehicle was ready and after a test drive we were able to complete the sale in 20 minutes. He also followed up after our purchase to ensure our satisfaction. In the future, we will begin our vehicle search with Mr. Cardenas and this Walser dealership. Dr. & Mrs. G., Mora, MN.

I will never do business with this dealership again. I drove there from Kansas to purchase a vehicle they advertised on Autotrader. First of all, they told me it had been detailed but when I got there, the vehicle was filthy...the engine compartment and the whole underbody looked horrible. They ran it through a cheesy car wash while I waited, and called it good! I found out there were several other things wrong with vehicle after getting it home...and they told me it was in excellent condition. I thought the windshield was just dirty (due lack of a good detail job) but it is pitted very badly and will need to be replaced. Now then, when I first talked to them over the phoneI told them I wanted to know the exact amount this vehicle was going costwith all the fees and everything. I wanted to know the exact amount I would be writing a check forright down to the dime. I hate surprises and hidden fees and its not rocket science to get this information! However, the most important thing is...they demanded that I pay my county sales tax to them! I have bought many vehicles from other states and have never had pay the dealerships MY county sales tax. We here in Kansas pay our sales tax when we tag our vehicle. I was planning on paying the sales tax of $1800.00 out of the proceeds from the sale of my old vehicle. However, this forced me to finance and pay interest on this amount...then have to refinance later after selling my old vehicle. They told me it was "Minnesota State law." What a bunch of BS. Come to find out, it was their own dealership policy...NOT STATE LAW! (their own title clerk told me this). Then, at the last minute...they threw in a bogus charge of $20.00...calling it a "transit tax." And this dealership will NOT negotiate at all. They tried to pacify me my topping off the gas tank before my trip homewhich the tank was already 3/4 full. Secondly, I was told the title would be sent to ME as soon as my check cleared. Well, it cleared 3 days later. After two weeks I still had not received my title. I called the contact person (the sales manager Bob Julian told me to call) and spoke with a lady by the name of Monica Bannhofer who handles the title work...she was one of the most rude, condescending, non customer oriented people I have ever dealt with. She informed me that she would NOT send me the title...but send it to my state tag office and tried to tell me she was going to register my vehicle for me...again what a bunch of BS. There was no mention of them sending the title directly to the state tag office when I bought the vehicle. I have a tag office right down the street from me...and I register my OWN vehicle...I don't need them to do it for me!! Now, I have to constantly call the main office everyday to see when my title comes in...take off work early so that I can drive 10 miles across town to pick it up. Then she had the nerve to tell me they undercharged me sales tax!!! I know exactly what my county sales tax is...I have lived here all my life!! Now then, the tag office will not release my title to me until I actually inspect and tag my vehicle. Even my local tag office clerk said this is ridicules that the dealership sent the title directly to them instead of me. BOTTOM LINE HERE...DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE OUT OF STATE TRANSACTIONS!! AND DON'T TRUST THEM IF THEY TELL YOU OVER THE PHONE THAT A VEHICLE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!! I know I will spread the word as much as possible. ****************************************************************************************************************************A follow up!! The tag office finally received my title. Of course I had to take off work to drive 10 miles across town to take care of the registration. However, just as predicted...the clerk that took care of me was totally confused. Walser's supposed "Title Expert" Monica Bannhofer had put a note in the FEDEX package that stated SHE needed to register my vehicle. He couldn't understand why she would put such a note in there since we register our own vehicles. He was also totally confused about why they would send the title and the sales tax directly to them. Well after calling several people to his window...trying to figure out why this dealership did this and what to do...one lady in the whole building was able to figure it out. The conclusion was to just throw away the stupid note she put in the package to start...and let me finish the registration as I was supposed to. However, since Walser made payment directly to the state tag office for my sales tax...it caused further confusion and they had to circumvent the computer system to get it to work. Fortunately, this lady had to deal with another dealership who done something similar. However, the comments going around the whole building amongst the title clerks were anything but nice about Walser GMC! There were several comments made about how ignorant that dealership really is. Again, I strongly recommend not buying from them if you are from out of state.

I had been searching for a vehicle for over a month and visited several dealers including Walser. I cam back to them for a reason. They had the best service and the best price. When they did not have the vehicle I was looking for on their lot they went out of their way to bring not one but two in my price range from another one of their stores. Dan was awesome to work with and I love their no pressure approach. More dealerships should adopt this yet they are still stuck in the dark ages where the sale means more than a returning customer. I will be back next summer to purchase a vehicle for my wife. No doubt they are tops when it comes to helping a person find what they want in their price range. Awesome job gang!!!

Overall my car buying experience was good. I would say great but I can't get over the flat no haggle pricing... don't get me wrong the prices are good but I enjoy participating in what I am going to pay for a vehicle. As for the dealer perks (car washes, gas discounts, etc) am not from the twin cities so they are hard for me to enjoy, I was hoping they would compensate by at least making sure the car was full of gas when sold, but they only gave me half a tank :-( As a result I am pealing off the "Walser" sticker from the back of my car :-)

We could not be happier with our overall experience with Walser GMC in Bloomington,MN. Previously we have visted them for service on another Yukon, and been completely impressed with the service department. However this was our first sales purchase with them. What made the experience so memorable was the staff, especially General Sales Manager Brett Juedes and Sales Executive Branden Fessler. Each gentlemen played an important role in our decision to go with Walser GMC. The customer service was above and beyond in terms of finding the particular vehicle that would fit our families lifestyle as well as locating the color we chose and the right accessories we had requested. The communication was excellent and when it came time to purchase, everything was priced right and the transaction could not have been easier. The orientation to the vehicle was thorough and Branden was patient with our questions and took care to make sure we were comfortable with all the new "bells and whistles." Our loyalty will be with Walser GMC Bloomington in the future due in large part to General Manager Brett Juedes and his ability to meet our needs with his excellent team. Kevin and Bob and the rest of the Walser Team just gave us outstanding service. We originally wanted a black vehicle which they found at a dealer in another state. A couple of days later we noticed a mocha steel metallic vehicle on the lot and really liked it. It was not a problem to change. We also got more for our used vehicle than we thought we would. It was just the best car buying experience ever!

This dealership was timely, professional and persistent. I dealt with Irv Berndt for over a year while I considered buying a 2011 Regal. He stayed away when I asked him to and was caourteous and informative when I needed him. When it came time to buy, he took all the time I needed to find the right car, have it ready when I needed it and stepped me thru the finances until they suited me. Nate and Troy were both great to work with; Nate had only 4 weeks on the job but was very friendly and helpful, as was Troy. I had looked at a lot of Impalas online-it wasn't the lowest-priced one out there, but I was pretty specific in what I wanted and this one fit the bill at a good price. We started our search for an Acadia Denali long before we were ready to buy. Walking into Walser, Bloomington we never felt pressured and we were able to ask questions openly without fear that they would start stalking us or pressuring us to make the purchase before we were ready. After the test drive with Steve Knutson we knew we had found a dealership that works with us and not just for a sale. Steve was knowledgeable about the Acadia and the process. Braden Fessler followed up after our test drive to check in but again there was no pressure. Thanks guys for the wonderful experience and taking all of the stress out of the process.

I disagree with the Walser 'no haggle' rule. I believe that a customer should have the ability to haggle on the sticker price after they've spent time researching the pricing/choices at other dealerships. The only reason that I still purchased from Walser is because the sales person is a personal friend.

Mr. Juedes and Mr. Berndt: Bret and Irv,Went beyond and above what anyone could possibly expect, in their courteous, solicitous, attentive manner. They anticipated my needs, before I even expressed what I wanted in an auto. They showed me several cars, then explained the various options available to me and suggested the options that would best meet my needs now and in the future.While I was their guest, they did every thing they could do to make me comfortable, offering me beverages then serving me beverages. My selection took longer then was anticipated, because of illness I experienced and a commitment I had made to a handicap friend that consumed more time then expected due to the snow.Bret and Irv remained courteous, solicitous and attentive, through out my various delays and I salute them for the knowable ,generous and kind gentleman they are. Not every sales person is aware, as far as the customer is concerned the sales person is the dealership. Bret and Irv are keenly aware, they are representing the Walzers and they do an admirable job. They are to be complimented for their dedicated service to the Walzer customer.I can also tell you the service department is the best place in the twin city to service your car. Unfortunately, for me, I can also recommend the Body shop, a car stopped suddenly in front me and there went the grill and hood of my Lacrosse. My Lacrossecame out of the body shop looking like a brand new car. Mark, Duane and the lovely receptionist at the body shop are also greatrepresentives for Walser dealership.

Had a great experience. Went in just to look and I drove out with a new car. The folks at the Walser Bloomington dealership are all just wonderful, from the sales staff to the service department. They just want to make your experience positive. Great job!!Also, I love my Buick La Crosse. I drive a lot for my job. Just reached over 13,000 mile since 8/21/10. It is a perfect vehicle for my job. Love the amenities like the navigation system, heated steering wheel, iPod plug in etc. What more could I ask for!

Last year we had an excellent vehicle purchase with the Team at Walser BPG. We worked with Irv after meeting him during an earlier visit for maintenance on a different vehicle. We went in expecting a very bad deal based on our prior circumsances. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We got not only a new vehicle, but an awesome deal in the process. Everyone that worked with us went above and beyond our expectations to create a very good relationship. As painful as the car buying experience is, this transaction could not have gone any smoother.

I just closed on a 2011 LaCrosse and was very impressed with Walser and the staff I came into contact with. I would like to thank Steve Knutson, Matt Cardenas, Mitch Green, Mike Melchior, and Troy Laugen, as they made the process painless and quick. The Walser team insured I had all the rebates and discounts available and were respectful to my wife, who really was the final decision maker. They recognized and sold to her, not me. In total, I believe we spent less than 2 hours in 2 visits. They knew we had our car picked and our research complete. In fact, they offered me the exact number for my trade in that I had in mind. All in all, the experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend the Walser team if you are in the new car hunt.

Tommy williams made my car buying experience very pleasant. The best price and no pressure gave him more opportunity to get to know me personally. I purchased my vehicle from him and 6 months later we purchased another vehicle from him for my wife.

I purchased a GMC Envoy from Walser Bloomington and had a wonderful experience! I had a horrible experience at Lupient Bloomington and just decided to drive over to Walser, where I was greeted by Tommy shortly after I walked in. He knew what I was looking for pulled up all the Walser inventories for me, offered to drive me to the other locations and to find my truck. Just so happened that an Envoy was en route, so I came in on New Years Eve and picked up my truck! The customer service was great, I highly recommend Walser Bloomington and Tommy Williams!

After another dealership had refused to find the electical problem with my Terraza, Rick Mercier patiently heard all my history and problem symptoms. It took the techs two visits to find the sparadic problem, but they were able to fix it after others had failed, and pass it onto warranty even after the vehicle was beyond warranty mileage because I had history recorded for the problem from within the warranty period. Very happy with this dealership!

Steve was friendly, helpful and efficient in his work and the whole process took less than a weekend. Hassle-free and competitively priced sold the deal but Steve was knowledgeable and honest throughout the buy. I never felt like I was being "sold" and I'm happy with my new Terrain. The Walser Rewards Program is an added perk.I highly recommend Walser and working with Steve Knutson.
